Amazing staff, breakfast, facilities. Snacks in the lounge were a great bonus. The gym across the street was a real highlight for us. It’s a commercial gym full of all the equipment you need and rooms to do yoga, cardio and hiit.

The shower was clogged and left standing water, making it unpleasant to use. No ironing board in the room, you have to go to the washing room if you need to iron something.

The lounge with free drinks, snacks and some sandwiches. Free minibar with soft drinks and snacks in the room. Very close to the night Bazaar and other restaurants. The breakfast was also good and all the staff were very nice. Next to the lounge they had a washing room with washing machine and a dryer you can use for 90 Bahts, this was a life-saver as we were in the middle of a 3-week trip.

What a great little gem in Chiang Rai. The room was a great size and clean. The à la carte all you can eat breakfast was good. We had a ground floor room which was nice to sit on the veranda and relax. They have a DIY laundry so it was good to get washing done. They also have a lounge area with free all day snacks to choose from. There was good food walking distance and we found a lovely little coffee shop just up the road. The staff in the hotel were all lovely.

Only complaint was the hot water was only luke warm at best. So quick showers were had.

Very peaceful location but easy walk to night market and cafes and to Tuk Tuk to get to see temples. Free shuttle to bus to Chiang Mai and also great breakfast. Staff very friendly and complimentary snacks was a lovely extra. Having access to laundry was great. Having a balcony overlooking pool was great to relax. Plenty of free water also provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Patta Hotel, everything was perfect : the great location at 5min walking from the bus terminal and the night bazar, the kindness of all of the workers from the hotel, the big room with balcony and large shower, the clean swimming pool, and on top of that an outstanding unlimited breakfast per order with a large choices of dishes. One of the best hotel I have experienced in Thailand so far.

No full length mirror, but it didn’t matter much as you do have a huge mirror in the bathroom.

Everything was clean and immaculate. The staff were very polite and helpful. The snack fridge restocked daily and it was complimentary. There are lots of wild life in the central garden / swimming pool area - birds, frogs and lizards. Also, koi pond in the front entrance. The buffet breakfast options were also great. Umbrellas readily available when needed.

Everything from the very helpful staff, the complimentary snacks, 4 bottles of water everyday, the daily cleaned room, the central location and the daily breakfast. I would recommend anybody stay here. It's great value for money. We will come again..

I don't it's necessary to stay in a place like this if you are planning on all-day excursions . . . Mostly because you don't really have time to enjoy it. But wonderful! Super good breakfast and lovely pool

The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The pool is lovely. Breakfast has a really good variety of both western and local dishes that are made to order. The location is great - walking distance from the main street and from many of the city temples and attractions. The staff was incredibly forthcoming and nice.
