The cleanliness and the good attitude of the receptionist..

Everything about the place. Friendly staffs, nice welcome drink, the smells of the place, clean, & close to everything. We would come back & stay at lemontea again.

Smelt great and was very clean. Staff were lovely.

There were markets near by but other than that it was a lot of heavy traffic with weekends to get anywhere

Great friendly staff , comfortable and quiet hotel , convenient - outside you have 7eleven , atm , massage places , coffee shops ( try Bruno &mo for their croissants ) , market , outdoor eateries

The bathrooms don’t have towel hooks - no where to air out my towels after use

The room was big enough to accommodate 2 people and it felt really cozy inside! Toilet was clean as well and not to mention the best part, the 7-11 beside was fire.

Most impressive thing was the smell of the hotel...the lemon fragrance is just amazing. The hotel on its own is a really great place with nice facilities. No complains and the staff are really great as well...there might be some language barrier but they will assist in the best possible way. The hotel is located really close to Morning/Night market and malls such as Indra mall and Platinum mall. 3 to 5 mins walk to the markets and Indra Mall with small stalls along the way makes you lose track of time.

It's not something I didn't like but the area is under construction towards the main road so the really first impression of the area was not quite as good but keeping at mind we arrived at the property at 3am. They did check us in and helped us throughout. Just a tip, first impression of the area might seem shady but its really close to alot of things and it did feel safe as we started walking to Morning/Night market and Indra Mall 3-5 mins walk also alot of things in close proximity. Massage places are just around the corner.

Location & housekeeping

Not carpeted, weak shower pressure & massage service (there is such service, however there isn’t a hotel spa, any request will be done in your room by a masseuse that is from the street massage shops

The hotel rooms are neat, clean and fresh smelling. The interior looks bright and cheerful. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great location in Pratunam area within walking distance to shopping mall and BTS station.

Have coffee making facilities but no teaspoon for stirring. Also housekeeping need to check fridge as there was a lot of water collecting in the fridge and I had to empty it before using the fridge.

Location was very convenient, nearby got many massage places and cafe

The hotel was clean, price to quality ratio is good, ok for a 3* hotel. Beds were comfortable. Having fridge inside the room is convenient.

I wish I could say that the bathroom was clean, but the drain was clogged so badly that I had to stand in deep dirty bathwater, so I didn’t feel good even though it looked like it was cleaned. Bathroom has no lock, so if you’re quite conservative, it’d be hard. The hotel is not very close to the skytrain station, so prepare to walk or use tuk tuk. But then walking was not nice at all because the walking path is very narrow. It was also hot due to the traffic and construction near by.
