Some dirty spots or old traces in the room ie. toilet's door, sink, wall. And the toilet's door is not proper so make noise when try to close.

The location is convenient, the cleanliness of reception area/restaurant/pathway, many parking lots, valued for the price. Staffs are nice and helpful.

The location is a little out of the way from a lot of things we wanted to see, good base though.

I would have liked easier access to hot water for tea making. Either the loan of a kettle for my room or all day access to the water boiler in the breakfast area.

Staff didn't speak English so could not answer basic questions. They advertised a coffee machine in the room but it was in the restaurant and the coffee had to be paid for. The beds were not at all comfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress and the pillows were lumpy. There were roosters crowing from around 3am which kept us awake.

Thai breakfast was provided. Simple but sufficient. Room was basic but Ok.

The bathroom door is only 5 1/2 feet high. I hit my head three times. It is a hobbit sized bathroom door.

The sheets were white and clean, but the bed was hard. I think they push two single beds together to make one double bed.

The hotel was confusing to find at first, as we had gone to the wrong hotel, which was under the same exact name, 5 minutes apart from each other. The actual hotel and room smelt of cigarettes everywhere. The breakfast was awful with only one option rice porridge with chicken. Coffee, orange juice and biscuits were provided on the side. Our balcony was a view of our air con unit, and occasionally had bugs crawling into our room from there.

Our stay here had the essentials in the room in which you need. It was located a short walk from the blue temple. Lots of parking for motorbikes round the side. The room was spacious and tidy, as well as the bathroom. The room was okay for the price we paid.

1- The bed that i got is twin bed one of that bed is broken , the room is dirty and bed clothes that they prepared for us some of them are damaged . They should change a new one without the hole on a bed sheets or pillow wears . 2- It is good that they have balcony at the back of the room but should clean it before selling to a guest . 3- The price is reasonable but they should focus more and more on hygiene , smell and cleaning of the environment . Room cleaning and dust are a must clean .

I like the location that close to the road and have a parking lots also have Convenience store ( Lotus ) next to the hotel . The staff and the receptionist are polite and kind , also the breakfast that they serve even just a sausage , egg fried and porridge , porridge is so delicious and my youngest son love it so much .

All the facilities such as room, bed, floor, bathroom are dirty. The reality is absolutely different to the photos they show on the web. You might check my photos and compare to the photos on the web. We reserved 2 nights and paid fully. We could live only 1 night. We could not stand for the dirtiness. The room doesn't has window. The room dirty and had bad smell.

Staff at night. He is a new graduated staff. He is enthusiastic about the services. Anyway, the staff at day does not care about the customer.
