We had trouble with the rooms a/c and staff tried to fix issue even offering a different room Maybe to fix get inspected on a regular basis for a full wasdown and coil cleaner treatment ??

A great holiday destination, fairly quiet, and plenty around with great transport links to get about the island. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially if you made the effort with some Thai language. The room was clean and cleaned most days with constant refills of toilet rolls, water, and coffee. The pool was great, but with the option of the ocean too! Plenty of loungers to soak up the rays.

It's a bit dated- but a fair price and everyon's budget is recovering from Covid

The staff were just lovely. The location is great...on a lovely beach. We enjoyed the live music from next door which always finished by midnight...bring earpluga if it might bother you

The pillows and our room 502 unfortunately did not have a balcony for drying wet swim wear, this could be rectified by having a bar or two across the end of the shower so they could drip dry down the drain instead of hanging over the shower itself and dripping over the floor

The location, right on the beach & opposite Mini Mart for supplies. The breakfast and food overall was excellent. Constant supply of coffee and ‘Mook’ the general ‘Mama’ of the restaurant area, who was an absolute delight and a wealth of information. It will be a great loss to the resort when she retires to Chang Mai. The whole area goes to sleep by 12 so no loud music all night so you can sleep.

Breakfasts could have been better - the food often was cold. Still yummy though.

Stunning location right on the beach. Pool is nice. Plenty of restaurants and tourist shops around. Recommend getting mopeds and touring around the island, and visiting the night market up the road for street food - it's great value (the local restaurants were more expensive).

Some of the staff could be better trained. SOme also seemed very nonchalant and not very friendly. The bathroom even in the new rooms could need some renovation.

Breakfast,definitely not English breakfast as stated on menu ,very poor ,the fumes from the flame dancers on beach diesel fumes horrible ,bathroom very very small in my room.

Didnt have a room with a any view, was on the side of hotel. No safe in the room so had to hide valuables in other places. Shower was with a big window, so if staying with a friend or family, they would be able to see you shower fully as the window was below waist line

Right in the heart of white sand beach, The room was comfortable and clean. The aircon was good once it settled. Shower was nice, but open windowed. Food was nice, reasonably priced.

Nice location just in front of the beach. The swimmipol is nice too. The room was good size (travelling solo), free water bottles. Just in front of 7 eleven. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

couple of cockroaches in the room. a few of the service staff were rude when we informed them that our bill was incorrect. also had no mini bar in the room so asked for some bottled water & was complete ignored.

The staff were pretty indifferent and the bar staff played rap/garage beat music S loud as they wanted until we asked for it to be turned down, but it finished at 11ish. If it was not for that we would have stayed longer
