Very good value for Linen and good location, they are nice rooms! Have everything you need, just needs a little TLC like fixing light bulbs but still was a really nice stay!

One recognises within seconds, that the accommodation is a bit older. In my view, the room was a bit too big. The bathroom couldn’t have been more clean. Door should have closed a bit better. Unfortunately we had ants, but thats a bit common on the island or even in Thailand itself.

Nice staff. Near the city centre & the pier on Koh tao. For a couple of days, totally fine.

Few complaints for this place. If I’m being picky the doors were a little awkward to lock and unlock and the shower wasn’t great but really wasn’t a big issue.

Location was good near to the ferry piers. Only about a 15 minute walk to the action in Sairee beach and really close to anything you could want. Staff were lovely and helpful. Really good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable big fridge and water/ coffee provided.

Near the activity of Mae Hat town. Bam Bam’s restaurant across the road has great food - you may wait a while. Kitchen for self catering. Friendly staff.

The air conditioner is a bit weak. Balcony doors need to be repaired to prevent insects from entering. The hammock on the balcony can easily tip over and there is a risk of falling to the first floor, so it is necessary to change the location or add a safety device.

It is located a 5-8 minute walk from the port. The rooms were very comfortable and the owners and staff were friendlier than any hostel I have encountered in the past 18 years in Tao. You might be lucky to find accommodation like this at this price. I am returning with full of good memories.

The cleaning staff kept throwing away our stuff, like a soap bar that was almost finished, suncream that was almost finished and my face cleaner.. the face cleaner had like two weeks usage left and not avaliable in Thailand which was annoying. They probably thought it was trash but it wasnt near the trashcan or anything.. The walls are pretty thin, wouldnt be a problem if the guests next door didn’t scream, talk loud, phones ringning and so on between 02-05.. not the hotels fault that people dont have any respect for others but maybe have some more information/signs about being quiet in the nighttime even if it shouldnt be necessary. We probably just got unlucky with the neighbours.

The staff is super nice and helpful! The location is also great. Rented scooter and did laundry in the place next door, all good!

Bathroom light blinked when take shower, tv is not working in the room.

Front desk lady is very lovely and welcoming, always had a big smile on her face everytime I saw her. Slept well, aircon works great without being too noisy. WiFi is fast. Even sometimes you can hear the music outside but it ends early so didn't affect my sleeping at all. Soundproof is not great you can hear people talking but everyone goes to sleep early here, still slept well. Great location, super convenient to go to the pier, and one day I walked to Sairee beach it's not as far as I imagined, if you like walking you can definitely walk there. Good value!

Don't have beach towels please bring them with you. The ceiling in the bathroom needs repairing full of mold please.

The location is close to the beach and pier by walking distance. Many restaurants around. My room has a balcony with a hammock that I like the best!!

Whoever was above us was extremely noisy, lots of heavy walking around all throughout the night.

The staff were lovely and replaced towels as needed. We got a large room with a big bathroom and cooking area. There was a large fridge and TV with Netflix. The location was very central, about 4 minute walk to 7/11. Very close to the port aswell!

It could be quite noisy at night but to be expected in the location. Double beds were very comfy but bunk beds were pretty rock hard.

We stayed here for 1 week. Good location close to the pier, shops, restaurants etc. 15 min walk to Sairee beach. Owner very friendly & helpful with arranging taxis, laundry etc. Free drinking water. Big spacious rooms with comfy bed & nice amenities eg fridge, kettle, coffee etc.

The pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great.

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady who runs it was lovely and was always smiling. We stayed in the double room with an en suite and balcony. We had lots of space and was even able to stay in bed and watch Netflix on the smart TV when the weather was bad. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would stay again if we ever go back to Koh Tao.

How small the room was and flickering lights in the bathroom whilst the shower was on.

Comfortable stay the 2 nights we were there, shower was warm and the bed was comfy. We struggled to get the air con working properly however managed fine. Room was a bit small but did us fine for 2 nights.
