Lovely accommodation, pool great and big spacious accommodation

Definitely needs transport to get around and explored

The villa is in a peaceful and scenic location with a beautiful, well-maintained shared pool and gardens. The setting feels quiet and relaxed, and the villa itself is very spacious, with generously sized bedrooms and reasonably comfortable furnishings. The location is ideal if you’re seeking a tranquil stay; it is quiet and scenic, but it’s important to be aware that you’ll need your own transport or regular access to Grab, especially when travelling with children, as shops, restaurants, and the beach are not within walking distance for children and there are some rather scary dogs that make navigating those roads on foot, even as an adult, a little intimidating. Netflix on the TV was a helpful feature for travelling with young children.

While the villa is spacious and well located, several practical issues affected our stay. The villa’s WiFi did not work on our personal devices at any point during the stay, and although Netflix functioned on the TV (which was helpful for entertaining the children), we had to rely on mobile data throughout. For the final two days, there was no working WiFi at all in the villa. The bathrooms are functional but in clear need of maintenance. We encountered a leaking sink in the downstairs WC, low water pressure in both showers, slow drainage, and a loose wall-mounted toiletry dispenser. Additionally, the downstairs living area lacks air conditioning. While we understand that this may be due to the open-plan design, we do feel the listing could be clearer in stating that air conditioning is provided in bedrooms only, rather than implying it covers the entire property. It seems from previous reviews that this has caught other guests by surprise as well. While the villa is listed as family-friendly, we would gently advise families with very young children to exercise caution. The property contains many decorative and fragile items, which—although attractive—are not particularly practical with little ones. We felt the need to move several items for safety and peace of mind. There was also an exposed extension cable placed on the stairs, which we avoided throughout the stay, but which our 3-year-old accidentally knocked at check-out, revealing damaged wiring. This led to a rather uncomfortable exchange with the owner, despite the fact that the cable had been in that condition throughout. Check-out felt quite formal, with a detailed inspection including towel counts and questions about charging cables that had not been provided. While we understand the need for thoroughness, this made for a less-than-warm end to the stay. More significantly, during one evening we experienced a power and water outage lasting several hours.

Lovely house with ocean view and great swimming pool. Very nicely furnished with a well equiped kitchen, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very friendly host who provided us with complementary fruits and water.

Review of Accommodation ✅ Pros: • Beautiful and well-maintained territory. • Some houses located deeper in the resort can be more comfortable. ❌ Cons: • Electricity is only included up to 200 THB/day; any extra usage costs 7 THB per kWh. • Booking does not indicate that the ground floor (kitchen/living area) has no air conditioning. • The ground floor is practically unusable during hot periods except in the evening. • Some houses are located near the road, leading to noise from passing traffic. • The outermost houses have little privacy due to frequent foot traffic. • The accommodation is not new, though it is kept in a tidy condition. • Price-to-quality ratio is not ideal. 💡 Conclusion: If booking, choose houses further from the road. Keep in mind that there is no air conditioning downstairs, making it extremely hot during the day.

Good location , pool was nice and staff very friendly

It’s a bit tired in places and the bathrooms would benefit from a refresh.

Amazing property. Pop and Elisa were great hosts. Great swimming pool. Location is good. The rooms were kitted out well and were very spacious. Nice welcoming too. Has all the needed facilities and a few extra bonuses as well.

Everything about this place. Really suited us down to the ground. There is plenty of space. Felt like a home from home. Great staff, clean, tidy, amazing property.

No gripes. We wanted to stay longer

I like location of property and view from second floor. There are few villas here that have this view and we were one of lucky ones. There are also bbq grill shared between two villas and you can use it. Also the owner(Eliza) were very welcoming and open.

The Villa not the new and there are some dust on furniture. But it’s fine for the price and absolutely worth it. Also we have some problems with water, but they were solved soon.

Very reasonably priced and great quality. Owing to the fact the villa as in estate with a large shared swimming pool which is great.

great apartment. the owner made us feel very welcome and got us sorted with infos about the location and scooters. the pool area is also very nice and since the property is not located on a busy road it’s calm and relaxing.

there was no making of the rooms in the price this would have been an additional extra.
