I was running the Phuket 100kms Ultra Marathon. It was located on the running track, which made it very useful to me. 5 min walk in 1 direction is the beach and 5 mins the other way is shops and 7/11. But the staff here were so helpful and very friendly.

it was very nice but too far from the main city. My advise it if you want to explore night life I will not advise to take. otherwise it is very nice to stay.

The hosts are extremely kind and friendly, and I appreciated a lot the homemade and really tasty breakfast they cooked me. The house was spacious and clean and I really loved the shower outdoor!

Lovely new and modern guest houses! The bedrooms are big and spacious, as is the bathroom, and the outdoor shower is an absolute treat! You are 5 minutes walk away from Mai Khao beach, which was a quiet spot there. If you get lucky you get a great sunset view from there too. The owners were an absolute joy and happy to help us with extra asks such as leaving luggage at the property or providing eating recommendations. They also provided a great breakfast of coffee, fruits, eggs and toast. I really hope their guest house continues growing and more tourists and locals get to witness their hospitality!

Could do with some hooks in the outside shower. Typical thai beds which were quite hard, but my partner actually found them comfortable so this is down to personal preference.

The owners are lovely and very welcoming and give you a complimentary breakfast in the morning. You can also use a bicycle free of charge. The room was clean and spacious. Within walking distance to a very nice beach and close to the airport, but you were not disturbed by the planes.

Bed needs a topper on the mattress as bed quite hard. No coffee/tea making facilities. Need a hand towel to go with bath towel. Toilet seat loose & moves when you sit on it. The price has gone up a lot due to the new chalets, the old one we stayed in should be a cheaper price as they need upgrading and not worth the price of the new buildings.

Location, near the beach & a few restaurants. In a quiet area. Very clean & spacious.

There was no kettle in the room which we would have loved to have. The kitchen/ breakfast area has a kettle but it felt like we were imposing on the host every time we used the area. The hosts are always present but for us, we would prefer to have a little more personal space when we holiday.

Great location, close to beach in one direction and shops in the other. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Host always around and responsive if there are any issues. Beach mats, bikes provided free.

Brand new bungalow (deluxe). Perfectly clean and well thought. Flowers, birds. The place is very quiet. About 8 minutes slow walking to the beach, one minute to the nearest café and exchange, 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bicycle to the supermarkets ("7 Eleven" and "Mini C"), as well as to more restaurants. Bicycles are disponible. The stuff is very helpful though modest. Small breakfast is served. This place is one love.

The location is a little remote, but makes for the perfect peaceful getaway. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to explore more of Phuket as it’s a big island.

Cute, clean and functional bungalows within a stones throw from the most beautiful beach where you can see sunset every day. Ran by the most lovely Thai couple who cooked us lovely breakfast each morning and couldn’t do enough to help us. Such kind people, real authentic Thai hospitality. Conveniently located to airport.

It was a perfect location - 5 minutes into the small town for convenience stores and restaurants and 5 minutes the other direction to the beautiful beach! The room was very clean and a lovely breakfast was provided.

Property Very Clean and Owners Very Welcoming. Location is less than 5 mins from beach and Restaurants and Shops. Made me breakfast on last morning before trip to airport and offered taxi trip too.

This was our favourite stay in Thailand so far, the couple that run/own it are such lovely people and will accommodate for you so much. I can’t recommend enough. If your staying in mai khao you should definitely stay here! It’s clean and tidy and very peaceful. The outside shower is also such a lovey touch

The bathroom was outside which was not a problem but the shower old & water flow minimal, a new shower would make it 10/10

Location was perfect, the beach was very close 5 mins walk. The room was big, airy & very comfortable & the breakfast basic but nice. The owners perfect hosts. I would definitely recommend this property.
