Preferably we would like 4 pillows for the bed instead of 2 but this is a minor point!

Manee Cool is situated in the heart of the old city walls in Chiang Mai. Around it there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The pool is well maintained and the staff were really helpful, always leaving fresh water outside our room for when we returned.

The only thing they could improve would be to get rid of the single use drink bottles in the room. Such bad plastic waste. If they had a big jug at the front desk we could refill our bottles.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Our room was the quadruple room and it was 2 bunks so our kids loved it. The room was very comfortable and it had warm showers. The staff were so friendly. Thank you!

Pay the bit extra to book the better room - it is worth it. The budget one sucks. We stayed in both. The budget room had tiny ants literally everywhere and the A/C barely worked. Stains on the sheets. The room is so small you can barely move. Plus no window in the room, only in the bathroom. The deluxe room is amazing. Totally different experience. It is massive, clean, and right by the pool. There were still a number of stains on the sheets though. And the wifi barely reached that room which was super frustrating.

Deluxe room isn’t much more expensive but it’s massive, clean, and has working A/C. This room is amazing. Location is amazing. Also stored our bags for a week while we did the loop which was very kind.

Loved this place- great location and we had a fab pool room. Travel desk is excellent and the whole place is run on an efficient no nonsense basis. Great handi craft market in the temple on Wednesdays (not Temu)

The dorm style (4 beds) rooms have VERY tall bunks with no bedrails, no windows. There is a huge difference between the different rooms. Pool view is much better. More of a bare bones feeling but clean and great location.

The hotel is value for money in my opinion. The rooms are a fair size, and staff were kind, nice little swimming pool nothing fancy but it done just fine! The little cafe part was real handy! Nice place and in the old town near a lot of the great temples! And near Sunday market! Chiang mai is a special place! Also if you have time go to chiang rai as well! The white temple)🙏🙏🌞

The hotel has a pool, but it stays in the shade all day, which makes it less ideal for sunbathing or swimming in warm weather. The surrounding area also feels a bit less inviting, which could be improved. Additionally, the beds were quite hard, making it a bit challenging to find comfort during sleep. While there are some positive aspects to the hotel, these factors did affect my overall experience.

Property was great value for money. The beds mattress was slightly hard but once we slept on it a night we got used to it. You get what you pay for and for that being our only concern it was great overall.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went above and beyond with anything we needed. Helped us learn to work the shower temperature, booked our airport taxi for good prices. Amazing location, we walked everywhere honestly.
