We had an amazing experience at this resort! The service was outstanding. the staff were always available for any question or request and made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was warm and inviting.

Nothing. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the hotel is build on a slope and hence you will need a buggy/golf cart to take you from your room to reception, but this is also fun.

View is spectacular and the rooms we booked very spacious. Also having two bathrooms is very nice. Also staff and management were very good and paid a lot of attention to guests.

Breakfast seems to change every day. It was a great breakfast but it wasn’t consistent with what I got. Most days I could just pick all kind of delicious fresh fruits, eggs and bread. Some days I got no bread, no butter no fruit. It was weird! Seems like an easy fix. Nevertheless, the food itself was really fresh and tasty

The location. It’s a 40 minute walk into the nearest town or a 10 minute taxi drive. Taking taxis adds up. Also found that there wasn’t enough sun umbrellas.

The views were amazing, the staff were so kind and attentive and happy to help. The place was beautiful, the pool was always warm. There were plenty of sunbeds. Food was amazing. Genuinely one of our favourite meals here was from this hotel.

The staff were not very friendly , was in Thailand for 3 weeks and this was the place where the staff weren’t as friendly as other places but oh well

The property was on a hill which means you have to take taxi everywhere.

Door lock to the room is a bit flimsy. Some minor upgrades required. Had poor connection to wi-fi one evening. Although these were minor hindrances

Stunning location overlooking Koh Samui from a high. Set in a more remote hill, which was great to avoid the touristy areas. Room was nice and staff were always smiling and accomodating. Enjoyed the free pilates class too.

Definitely don’t book if you have any accessibility concerns or don’t like steep climbs. You could ask the golf buggy to be sent up for you at any time but I’d imagine that might feel a bit prohibitive (and there are still steps up to the room) It would be good to be given spoons at breakfast

This is a really nice hotel, we got it at a great price too. The hotel staff are very nice, especially the security guard on the gate in the day and the cleaners. They have a WhatsApp service which I loved as we could request our washing, an extension to staying for a day and renting bikes and they were very responsive. It is on a very steep hill (up from the main road and within the resort). It worked perfectly for us as we rented bikes which we used to zip up and down the hill and the walk up to the pool and restaurant was good exercise for us on a holiday where we spent a lot of time eating and drinking! The washing service was brilliant, I asked for washing and ironing and they split out the clothes that didn’t require ironing and charged us less for those which was kind and it came back in lovely condition ready to be packed for the way home.

incredible experience the rooms are clean, breakfast so tasty, amazing view, big infiniti pool. the stuff is so kind. just the lication is a little fae from the main street. located on mountain but can be nice for who is looking quiet.

The lock on our door was broken when we arrived, which was a little bit indicative of the older state and wear and tear of the room in general (not the bathrooms, those seemed new). Although we had a sink and dish dryer, there were no plates or cutlery in the kitchen area. Some of the food was a bit hit and miss.

The staff are great, very accommodating and helpful, and quick to sort out any issues. The view from the balcony was superb, and the bathrooms in the apartment seemed modern and new.

The infinity pool have the most beautiful view on top of the mountain especially when it’s sunset The reception was great the staff greeted us with lychee juice and fresh towels There’s a good gym Nice restaurant
