Sweetest host! He really thought of everything. Room was comfortable, with AC , toiletries and extra personal touches. Would have loved a TV but honestly, just appreciated all the personal touches to make it a great stay.

Bed was a little harder than preferred (just because we have back issues). But other than that, have no complaints!

Lovely place and lovely host and family. Central but without the noise. Within pickup area for tours and walking distance to most places. Host was very helpful and went out his way to answer any questions. He brings your luggage upstairs as it is 3 flights of stairs. If visiting Chiang Mai again I would definitely return.

the room itself is big but the bath room very very small, quite area and in a few steps in the midst of everything, very nice and helpful host and a excellent host, good situated

little remarks and good to know: small bath room a little hard bed room is on the third floor with quite steep stairs but if you can handle that a perfect place to stay

Very well kept room, the property is very close to everything. I only stayed one night but I had a very good experience. The owner was super nice and friendly and always available to answer any questions and offer any support. I even enquired if they had availability at the end of the month for a couple of nights, shame they were already fully booked! I recommend booking Meechok Home if you’re looking for budget but yet comfort right in the middle of Chiang Mai old city.

Excellent service if i needed anything i asked and i was helped. Very good communication. Near all major restaurants and market. Sunday Night market 5 - 10 min away. Nearby, to the right then left right and straight on, a few minutes away, you can find a very good breakfast or lunch or buy something like gluten free, silverwater, a few supplements, at The Blue Diamant Breakfast Club ( check their opening hours ). A big plus also is; The street is very quiet.

Family owned house with great owner. Location is very convenient in the old city center. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds ensure nice sleep. Excellent wifi!

Our room (other rooms are different) had a shower directly next/above the toilet which was a little bit inconvenient.

The host went out of his way. we had a late arrival, he was soooo helpful and nice. would have loved to stay longer but all the 3 rooms were full. One of these special places to stay, where you feel at home straight away.

I liked the location and the size of the room, I had the family room. The host was super helpful, and yes he did drive me once on his motorcycle and was always helpful. The property and room was clean and I thought the bed was fine. It was nice to be able to do laundry there as well.

The kitchen is very small and hot. The laundry is in the kitchen as well. If you plan on warming up some food it’s fine but don’t plan on cooking too much. I was a single traveller and on my down time there was no where to hang out and sit and read a book or whatever besides my room. Which also means that you won’t meet anyone there. Someone else did mention thin walls, I did have a coupon issues with noise and the host spoke to the people about it.

Meechok home with its excellent location to travel to any tourist attractions within just a few minutes is the main reason I’d like to come back for more in the future. Plus, the owners of this place are all extremely kind, helpful and provide every room with nice decoration, complete privacy and cleanliness. I cannot ask for more!!! Highly recommended obviously 💝
