Beautiful pool villa, and two excellent swimming pools both on the beach. Good small gym with new equipment and daily activities if you wanted to take advantage of those. Excellent staff. Truly beautiful unspoilt beach!

If you’re an active person: 1. The sea is very rough there so it’s impossible to swim or even have a quick splash there. 2. There’s nothing else to do around there as it is in isolated location with nearest village 1,5 km and not walkable at all. The hotel rents bicycles free of charge but only for 2 hours which is not sufficient enough

One of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Elegant, modern, clean, villa with private pool absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, great food. If you want to have a 100% relax - this is the best place.

Poor wifi at the Luna pool. Too many flies and mosquitoes, but this is probably nothing Meliá can arrange.

if they can make their breakfast on a foodie grade, they should consider to upgrade their restaurant dining options to a Michelin grade like the sea salt fire in Andamara resort of the thai restaurant in JW marriot

Their breakfast is on a foodit grade, freshm healthy, delicious!!! The spa is one of the best one ever. All staff are super helpful My kids love their pool time!

There was so many mosquitoes, but obviously it wasn’t something that Meliá could help. The hotel is quite isolated, so if one is looking for a vibrant area with restaurants/night life/shops this is not it. This place is to enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

This was a true 5-star experience, the staff was excellent and very attentive to needs. The food was delicious and the surroundings beautiful. We would come back any day, and we were sad to leave.

The coffee wasn’t great.

Beautiful new property , the room was incredible and very spacious and made us of the lovely bath outside. Loved the two pools and although it was a large resort it never felt very busy. The staff were attentive but never annoying. Would return if we came back to Phuket as it’s a much quieter part of the island. We also hired a scooter from the hotel which was very easy to do. There are a few authentic restaurants in the area too.

This hotel is located in a quiet, nature-surrounded area in the northwest, away from downtown. It’s peaceful, family-friendly, and offers two large swimming pools plus a kids’ pool, all very clean. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Management is understanding, and the reception is always helpful. Complimentary bike rentals are available, though the quality is a 7/10. The restaurant serves excellent food (10/10), but adding another option would improve variety. The Wi-Fi is reliable (8/10). The nearby Turtle Village, just 10 minutes by car, offers shops, restaurants, and conveniences. The beach is beautiful for relaxation, but the sand has glass and stones, which should be cleaned regularly. The toilet near the pool needs improvement. The spa is outstanding, with professional therapists and an exceptional Thai massage. If you don’t mind long trips to downtown, this hotel is a great choice for a peaceful retreat.
