Should have two types of pillows, one high and one low. My neck suffered with the big pillow No fridge in the room The water boiler was dirty

The room was a bit dark. The tv didn't work and the fan didn't oscillate. There was no bedside reading light. The staff weren't very welcoming.

Large room with good wardrobe and desk. Kettle, fridge. Great location: close to heaps of cafes but quiet.

Great location in the north east corner of the old city, with easy access to everything but very quiet. Good sized, clean, comfortable (great bed!) and, if you choose the right room, it has fridge, kettle, fan and tv (limited English stations but they're worthwhile). I've stayed here several times and will again, despite the staff 😐.

The staff is very distanced and does not help you with information about trips or the city, but tells you to go to a tourist office. Not what we were used to for accommodations in Thailand.

The accommodation is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and bars and yet still very calm. It is close to the city center.

The bed is so hard, it would help to add a topper pad. This is my third stay here over a few years and I do love the location cleanliness and friendly staff but uncomfortable bed for a long stay becomes an issue.

The familiy (receptionist) speaks no english. Dont search there for any help. We missed a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Smokers have to smoke outside on the street.

The room and the guesthouse was very clean and big. The location was in the centre of the sightseeing activities.

Quiet. Good location inside old city. Great room...bigger than some rooms I've stayed in Thailand. Hot water. Good AC. They also offer rooms with fans which would be fine in Nov-Jan. Affordable.

We got a room on the ground floor, which means that generator machine was in front of our window, lot of noise at any point of day and night Because of the position secluded of the room (corner and ground floor) the temperature was always a sauna, we wanted to use the fan at the room but there was so much dust on it that we were scared to turn it on Cleaning was not great, there were hairs on the floor when we arrive Bed sheets had dirt on it, even though there is a paper on the room saying that we need to pay if there is any stain on the bed sheets. We wondered, how can they charge a penalty for staining the bed sheets if they provide dirty bed sheet in first place?

Bed was uncomfortable and solid. Locked gate so can’t go outside to smoke after 11pm easily.

The closet in the room we stayed must be fixed or replaced as it was pretty much falling apart.

Just like advertised. Simple but comfortable accommodation. Room and overall property very clean. Good air conditioning. Firm bed which we like. Well located however close to some bars so it may be a little bit noisy but nothing major. The staff speaks very limited English so don’t expect a lot of interaction.

Everything. Host was not hospitable or helpful with anything and was more interested in his phone.Did not show us to the room or even help my wife with her bags. Bed was rock hard and did not have a top sheet that even cover the bed.Unable to close the windows and did not sleep much due to the local noise outside. Booked for 7 nights and only stayed for1 .Complete waste of money.

it is a stunning spot. really lovely room and all the amenities i needed. staff were amazing. if you are in chiang mai and you need somewhere central that is quiet clean and well managed, stay at “My Mum Home”.

The staff is among the best I've ever seen, you can find hospitality and cordiality. It is located in the historic center of the city, nearby there are clubs, tattoo studios and laundries
