We stayed here for 4 nights on out travels. Our room was directly facing the beach really beautiful setting. Everything was perfect, huge balcony, a good shower room and a kitchen. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The owners are absolutely wonderful people really lovely, very helpful too.

Tons of plastic garbage on the streets … but I think its everywhere on Phuket anyway… Sadly not much has changed since our last stay in 2018…

We have visited this area 6 years ago and fell in love with the beach! So this year we decided to stay on Nai Thon as long as possible to enjoy the festive season with our little son. The area is perfect for families and easy going holiday. There is couple shops, lots of street food and friendly restaurants and massage salons obviously. The hotel was perfect for our needs, the host and his family are the best - we were a bit of a trouble customers, but all our needs were resolved and we got the best and most understanding service ever! Couldn’t be more happier about location, room, cleaning service, friendly smiles and very helpful manner all along. We definitely will be back!

The owner and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I booked a transfer from the airport, and despite our flight being delayed, our hosts were there to meet us with huge smiles. We were given a recommendation for a restaurant which we used which was excellent. The hotel is just a few steps from the beautiful beach, and all bars and restaurants are within a ten minute walk, so it is a perfect location.

I was very happy staying at Naithon Beach Residence. The Hotel is very close to the beach. A relaxed beach with not to much people. Mr.Chusak Cheasakul and his whife was very nice and helpful. My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I could do late check-out from my room. They also pict me up and drove me to the airport.

i expected modern electric kettle instead of manual(?) one, but its fine. shower cord was too short which made bathing a little bit uncomfortable.

nice place to stay at northen side of the island, close to airport (15-20min), pharmacy, cafes, convenience store and bunch of local fruit stands literally on the same street hotel is, beach right across the road! Room was spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipment with fridge, pots, even ricecooker! old tv had static but it wasn't a problem since it had few foreign channels, wifi was great, will come back again! p.s be sure your luggage is light since the building doesn't have an elevator!

The place was a little difficult to find because the ground floor looks more like somebodies front room rather than a hotel.

Nice room a couple of hundreds of metres from the beach. Clean and well kept. Host is friendly and helpful. No food provided but the restaurants along the sea front are good.

The rooms are great, very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. There is an alcove in the room where you can put your suitcases. Plenty of electrical outlets everywhere. The staff is very friendly, they try to help in everything.

Nothing really but to be really critical it is close to the road and could get busy in peak times, it was quiet when we were there.

I don't dislike anything, the only thing you can miss is that there is no safety box and breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but it is offered wall to wall.

The staff (owner family) are so friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were large and comfortable with a great balcony towards the street. Clean rooms and beach towels included. Very close to the beach.

WiFi signal was quite weak on our floor

Lovely apartments close to Nai Thon beach with excellent value for money. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen-studio with everything you need for a long stay. There was a balcony where you could have a cup of morning coffee. Mr.Chusak Cheasakul (hotel owner) is a very pleasant, attentive person, responsive to all requests of the guests. He does everything to make his guests feel comfortable. Within walking distance from the hotel were a restaurant of European and Thai cuisine and several shops with various drinks and snacks. Happy to stay at Mr.Chusak Cheasakul next year.

We rent two apartments , one the ground floor which was facing to the main road (no sea view). The second apartment was located on the underground floor, no view at all ( the window faced to the back of the building with some rubbish around) The main problem : we have three children in that room and the only way to get contact with them was to go outside, and to step down . Whole furnishings very old as well.

The apartment we got is not in the pictures of booking. It has everything that was advertised, but in an "older", less modern fashion. Is that's a point for you, it may depend on which apartment you get.

Location was very good, beach was directly on the other side of the road. Not so crowded (last year it was). Friendly staff and room service. Some little street shops and not a busy beach, as we wanted to.

Unfortunately I received a room in the cellar, very dark, very old… bed and / or blankets and towels had a musty smell (maybe because of the cellar?). I booked it because of the positive reviews but was not too happy with the room.

Very nice owners, helpful ans super friendly. Nice location, directly at the beach (they have obviously two houses, one at the beach, the other one not) Room was big.
