Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandThe swimming pools didn’t look inviting and the breakfast wasn’t great.
The room was nice apart from dirty jets in the jacuzzi. There is a lot of work going on at the resort but overall was a good experience. The river side restaurant and cafe was perfect.

United KingdomThe location is right next to the river, which is fantastic for keeping cool and having fun. The staff at the restaurant and bar area were very helpful, even though it was a busy weekend. We were also given a room upgrade as they were no rooms available with a double bed.

United StatesShower drain was clogged so we had to change rooms. Staff was late picking us up (we had to be driven to our car in the carpark).
Room was spacious with closet and refrigerator, good internet, comfortable bed.

AustraliaWould have liked to see a better range of alcohol drinks. Maybe a bigger range of cocktails. Also had to get staff attention every time you wanted to order something. And staff never came back to check how things were or to see if you wanted anything else.
With it been New Year eve and New Year’s Day there was a good feel about the place. And free entertainment on New Year’s Eve to see in the new year was good. The food we had was very good. Breakfast was good.

IrelandThe half day tour of orang krachan natire park organised through the hotel was extremely disappointing and overpriced. The hotel explained that the price was set by the national park if you doing it check that the guide speaks your language otherwise don’t bother
Location is lovely with lots of trees birds and beside the rocer. You need a car to base yourself here

ThailandWe seemed to have quite a lot of clean of materials and linen left outside our rooms which was a bit disappointing. Also, following the Songkran holiday, the restaurant staff seemed to be short handed meaning that our last meal was a bit cold. Definitely not their fault but it was an issue.
The gardens and the birds. Location was excellent.

Nana resort is full of charm & a great base from which to visit Kaeng Krachan National Park. The grounds are beautiful & an eclectic mix of water features and ornamental stone features, making it full of character, quite unique & very relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious & very comfortable. The restaurant does good food & is in a great spot to enjoy a drink. The breakfast is in a good & staff are very friendly.

CanadaNothing, it was all good.
We have stayed at the resort before. This time we had a room with a spa-bath. The room is big, nice veranda. Parking very close to the room. The AC was great. The bed is very very comfortable. The grounds of the resort are just fantastic, situated right beside the river, with an evening restaurant, a coffee shop. The breakfast was not buffet, but was very very good. A wonderful resort!

BelgiumThe hotel is quite isolated, which we knew up front. So fix your private driver and a tour into the park up front. But they keep good care of you at this hotel.
A quiet basis for day tours into Kaeng Krachan National Park, ideal for families with children. Nice pools, good service and perfect authentic food. Fix your private driver up front as this hotel is quite remote, but has everything on board for a couple of relaxed days. Popular with Thai over the weekends, which adds to the typical local vibe. Expect Thai hospitality!

ThailandI come with family, we wanted to enjoy the pool in our swimming clothes we were ready to to take off the t-shirt , but the restaurant staff said need to rent the swimming suit from there shop, it’s so crazy so we decided to check out and go another place where we feel welcome & not to bother by anyone. Restaurant staff need to clear the room service, the food was laying inside room until next day we come back from trip the food smell was all over the room, at last I need to pick the food and keep it outside, we do call the staff, but the staff is not focused to clearing the room service they just clean empty plates and leave the old food behind. They need to understand the feeling of the customer and act like wise. Not satisfied with the stay. I hope they will learn.
Nice water front

NetherlandsThis is not a resort. It is a children’s camp with a few bungalows situated in between. It is a nightmare for anyone looking for rest and nature. We had about a hundred children running and screaming with flashlights through our area and on our terrace path until 11pm. After a perfect day in the national park, this was a terrible contrast to come back to. We would never recommend it for anyone looking for a genuine nature experience on the doorstep of one of the most unique parks in Southeast Asia. A real shame. *(I am unable to post videos we took but they are available on request for anyone doubting on whether or not I am exaggerating).
Great location and very friendly staff.
