The breakfast could have done with some more variety. Compared to the rest of the property and the facilities, the breakfast felt a bit sub-par. It was good, unlike everything else which was excellent.

The food seemed overpriced even for an expensive resort, but I suppose it's like this everywhere in Koh Samui now.

The infinity pool was really beautiful, with the best view ever. The staff was amazing, very attentive and responsive.

The hotel, in general, is truly exceptional—everything was seamless and easily accessible, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team; their hospitality made a real difference. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the swimming pool—absolutely stunning and perfectly positioned to offer beautiful views, it really stands out as the centerpiece of the property. While the rooms show a bit of age in design, they are extremely well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition, offering both charm and comfort throughout our stay.

I would say that the place sooner or later will need internal refurbishing, but it didn’t hinder out experience what so ever.

The peace and beauty of the resort was outstanding. Will comeback for sure.

Beach and ocean - nothing much to see, water is shallow and has a lot of sea grass. On the last day of our stay, there was a miscommunication between staff about our luggage collection, which is the only reason I'm rating this hotel 9/10.

This has been the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my life. Excellent staff service, great ocean view from the room, amazing pool, complimentary kayaking, paddleboarding etc even with lessons. Daily activities.

Loved Napasai! It’s a stunning hotel with a private white sand beach. The food was great, and the staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. The resort has a more traditional Thai feel which we liked, and although it’s no longer a Belmond, it has the same level of hospitality.

Smiles and food ! Amazing activities, great service and friendly staff, beautiful yoga deck, wonderful spotless beach and pool , impeccable bar service , very clean rooms and amenities. Tried all activities fitness, Thai box, paddle, kayaks , sailing, snorkeling, windsurf, bike, Thai cooking, yoga, private boat excursion, private island tour all absolutely worth it ! Half board definitely worth the money ! Perfect handling of gluten free (maybe could have more choice at breakfast). Only downside is when the algies bloom the beach water turns bright green it is strange but it went away as fast it came. Villas closer to beach are very nice for being in the center of it all, all quiet no noise.

We liked everything, but we would be happy if more gym facilities were added

Amazing and beautiful place. one of the best resorts in Samui. The resort is located away from any noisy roads etc so it was very peaceful, the room and hotel amenities were comfortable and so clean all requests were easily met. The staff were always helpful and kind made us feel very special.

The property is stunning so that is hard to say… I think if anything it may just need a little modernization but that doesn’t affect the experience or beauty.

The property is very natural and peaceful… some resorts are bigger and busier but at Napasai it feels more welcoming and personal. I think that is because the size is more boutique. I also have to shoutout the pool it is stunning and was perfect for lounging, reading, swimming. The staff at Napasai are world class and so kind and friendly.

The tranquility (and yet central enough), the Staff, the Pool, the Beach, the Drinks,…. Get a beachfront Villa if you can! Probably the best luxury yet affordable Option on the Island if you want an unforgettable vacation.

Everything was perfect. The beauty of the property and its surroundings is truly remarkable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We especially appreciated their generosity in allowing us to keep one of our two rooms for a late check-out, given our evening flight. This thoughtful gesture made our experience even more enjoyable
