Smell that came through the bathroom whenever the door was closed. The air vent also went through to the balcony, which caused the same smell of sewage from the street.

Room was spacious and inviting. The decorations were lovely, and we could relax in our room when needed. Fridge was great too.

Owners / hosts ( lady ) trying to control movements if you bring a guest to the room.

The host guy was friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. The host lady is a bit grumpy but the guy makes it up for her .

I really have no complaints. The host is not a fan of weed smokers. So don’t do it outside the entrance. I never did. Just saying. The pot shops let you smoke there.

It was literally 2 minutes from the bud station and 5 minutes from Old Town. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. I walked everywhere, but the bud terminal is at your disposal and around the corner is a free town shuttle. Really enjoyed it, and the host east so nice.

Room is very nice and spacious. Also super clean and they even give you the option to clean everyday. New towels and water bottles were then waiting for us when we got back. Staff was also super sweet and welcoming, we could extend our stay no problem at the last minute and we could borrow beach towels. Everything was perfectly taken care of! Location is also super, close to the old centre but in a nice quiet street. Definetly recommend!!

The room was noisy due to construction in a nearby building. I also had trouble with the toilet.

The owners were very friendly and gave me some good tips on how to get to the beach. I liked the shopping and restaurant options in the area.

Everything was amazing! The couple who owns the place were both great!! Very friendly and gave me tips on a couple things to do in the area. The room was lovely, the shower was warm, they cleaned my room everyday, and I was able to wash my clothes for 50 thb (40 if you have your own detergent). Offered free tea, coffee, bananas and a couple snacks. Includes 2 free water bottles everyday. Nice area, walkable distance to lots of good restaurants and to the Old Phuket Town Night Market. I would definitely book again!! I loved it here!

Wasn't a problem for me but might be good to know there's no elevator, so make sure you can walk up a few flights of stairs with your bags

Great place to stay in Phuket town, on a nice side street short walk to old town and with loads of good local restaurants nearby. Hosts are lovely funny friendly people who made me feel very welcome, and went out of their way to prepare a new room for me because I wanted to stay longer. Also did my washing and rented a bike from them at a very reasonable price. The room I booked originally is great with it's own private balcony. Everything well maintained and very clean too. If I come back to Phuket town I will definitely stay here again :)

Everything was super good. I highly recommend for families, couples and solo travelers. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lady and the man are very helpful, always ready to give tips and suggestions.

We came here on very short notice due to our original hotel not being what we expected, luckily they were available. The couple that ran the hotel are the nicest, most thoughtful people we have had the pleasure of meeting. The man helped us with our luggage to our room and helped us do our laundry (costs 50 THB including detergent). The lady looked after us every day and gave us banana’s, coffee, dried mango and some little apple tasting fruit before our boat and bus journeys. The rooms were clean and as advertised, the towels and water were replenished every day and the bed was comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

We loved everything! There isn't a single fault that I could point out. The family looked after us really well, the location was fantastic and the room felt like home. We extended our stay 3 times just because we liked it so much. There were snacks, fresh fruit, tea and coffee every morning and the vibe there was really good and very friendly. One of the best places I have ever stayed, I can't recommend it enough! We will definitely be back.

A great location to the centre of old town Phuket, has everything you need a short walk away including shops, restaurants, markets and laundry. The owners were very welcoming from the second we got there, they have a small coffee machine and hot water point available at all times for tea/ coffee/ biscuits. The room was spacious, clean, had a small outside sitting area, clothes hangers, toilet paper, hot shower and a desk. Looks the same as photos. The staff were very friendly, greeted me in the morning and cut me up some dragon fruit to eat which was lovely. They advised us on where to get laundry done and how to get a bus to our next location. Very good price for the room and facilities. They held our bags for us too, we definitely would have stayed here longer! thank you :)

Such a perfect guest house. Very clean, well equipped, close to the bus station and the city center. The lady was so nice, she made our stay wonderful. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4 nights. Highly recommended!

We are travelling for 7 months and reviewing every where we have stayed. This place is great for value and the elder female staff member who works there (I believe she is the owner, but there were two there) is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room is very nice too
