Small and cozy room for relaxing. Peaceful place in Ao Nang. Initially I booked for 2 nights, then extended for 2 more days. Really liked the stay.

Some sort of privacy screen would be great to let natural light into the rooms and not have to close curtains for privacy.

The staff were really lovely and chill. The rooms are all ground floor which is nice. Some other travellers staying long term so it has a relaxed vibe. Right across the road from 7-Eleven and good restaurants next door with cheap food (40-70baht). Much better food than you’ll get in Ao Nang for 1/2 the price. I did some remote work from here and had a scooter to get around. Was perfect for this. Only a couple of minutes by scooter to relaxed sides of the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and large with good lighting and have kettles.

Accommodation and basic facilities are quite good enough. Location is good. 7/11 store is near as well as breakfast corner. Ms Fon is helpful. Aonang Land Market is a 10 minute walk and Aonang Beach is just a 5-7 minute tuktuk ride away.

The windows of all the rooms look at the pathway. When the neighbors smoke you can smell it.

It is located near the beach, there is 7/11 across the road, room and bathroom were clean and tidy!

Best place we have stayed so far in Thailand. Great location. Short drive on a moped to Ao Nang or 30 minute walk. We were able to hire mopeds from the hotel to go to and from Ao Nang. Clean and great size room, little garden area was also lovely. The owner was also so friendly and welcoming. She helped us rent bikes, book trips and offers washing facilities if you need to wash your clothes. 7/11 across the road and some cafes near by. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and not far from Ao Nang here is perfect. Thank you for everything. Definitely recommend.

Little bit further out from Ao Nang Town but I knew that when I booked, just depends on what you are planning and if you hire a bike its no problem.

The room was clean and very private, good locking and safety features, like outdoor lighting. The manager and staff were very helpful; they were able to help me confirm the details of my pick up times for various activities. Also, good location, with 7/11 across the street, delicious inexpensive restaurants within walking distance.

Good room size, lots of place to hang your clothes, big bathroom and a very large bed. The small terrace in front of the door is great for sitting outside before you are ready to head out. Location is super convenient with 7-11, fruit stalls, a pharmacy and a few local restaurants just next door. We rented bicycles for the whole week and it was easy to reach the beach and any other place in Ao Nang. We booked the island tour and taxi via hotel and it went very well.

Our host Fon was very helpful and arranged a tuk tuk (50baht each) for us to go to Railay beach ticket office and pick up for us at Landmark night market. We had our laundry done here 50baht a kilo 👍 7Eleven across the road and lovely coffee breakfast etc 200 metres on the same side 👍😘

Location is bit away from Ao nang. Therefore, the environment is calm. And has a 7-11 right in front of the hotel.

The lady who runs the place was very friendly and arranges all require transport and tour bookings. She got me the Hong island tour at a really nice price and was very responsive to the enquiries.

It’s about a 20/25 minute walk to town centre. However host allows you to rent motorbike, 5 min drive

Location is in the middle of nowhere which is no issue if you rent a scooter. I didn’t but I was only staying a night before moving places so I had no issues with that!

-we did find a small cockroach in the bathroom, i have a bit of a phobia of these but need to remember it can happen anywhere in Asia. We found a few holes in the bathroom and once we filled these there were no issues - I think the rooms could probably do with holes being filled in to stop this. -there was also a small ant problem, if we spilled something really small, within a few hours there would be loads of ants - this even happened near the bin, the toilet seat, just places it shouldn’t be happening - so we had to be extra careful.

-it was a 10 min drive from the businesses of ao nang, however, we liked this. The beach area gets SO ridiculously busy and we hated this, it was nice to have some peace and quiet with a 7/11 across the road. You do need a scooter however, it’s not that easy to get a taxi. -they did laundry and scooters at a reasonable price. -the bed was incredible and the blinds made the room so dark, I could’ve slept for days. -it was clean - definitely cleaner than a lot of places I’ve stayed in SE Asia.

Everything was great! Friendly owner, great facilities, good bed and AC. Laundry for only 50 bhat per kg, give your clothes before 10 and receive it clean and ironed after 5. There is a 7/11 just opposite to the resort. It was easy to hire a scooter as well from the owner, 250 bhat per day. Beach and Ao Nang Night market is nearby as well. Overall a great stay, will 100% recommend.

The bed was super comfy, a nice clean room with daily cleaning if you want it. The cleaners and the lady at the desk were lovely and very helpful. They wash your clothes for you and the lady at the desk can give you some good information on the area. A supermarket over the road

Location is excellent, 5-10 min walk to beach or 2 min motorbike ride which we rented from property (best bikes around for great price) Rooms are very clean with everything you need, staff are so friendly, free bottled water everyday and a private balcony to relax on after the beach. Just out the way from the noisy high street which is perfect. We had our laundry done which came back smelling very fresh and ironed, and had help with booking onward travel with ease. The best place we have stayed in Ao Nang and at a great price. We will definitely be back! 😁
