closest convenient store is 300-400mt far. There is nothing to do in walking distance so not good for morning walkers before breakfast

It is a very clean hotel very close to Chatuchak market and nearby shopping malls. Rooftop pool is enough for swimming and clean. Staff is very helpful all time and their English level is excellent. They also provide smoking at the balcony rooms at the top floor which is very convenient for smokers. There are many restaurants and bars just across the street via bridge.

Excellent location for food - massive locals market on the other side of the road each weekday morning and a large evening night market every night a short 5 minute walk away - near to villa market.

No additional time flexibility for the checkout. No restaurant for Lunch and dinner. Not changing bed spread and pillow cover. Restaurant closed exactly at 10am, customers eating breakfast are repeatedly told to hurry up at 10am. No travel desk to support, staff are unaware city to support for local site seeing

Located at a too busy avenue with not so many restaurants around. The food of the hotel wasn’t tasty.. the swimming pool was not very cosy and not much shade to relax

It was an amazing property to stay at with a huge room! I stayed here twice during my time in Bangkok! Their shuttle service to the BTS station is so helpful! Breakfast is average! Swimming pool and tennis court is amazing! Great hospitality

As for the first experience, we asked for triple rooms but there were no additional beds for the children, just a king size bed (meant for the whole family?). You can ask for additional beds paying 1.000 baht per day.

This was our second stay at Northgate Ratchayothin and, though the rooms were pretty much identical to the ones we had the first time, the cleanliness and tranquility of these fifth floor rooms were much much better (no mosquitos, for instance). As a consequence, the comfort of our stay improved a great deal. The staff is nice as usual and the breakfast is good. Overall, this is a very convenient place for the price we paid.

My departure flight was at 23:40. I asked at the reception for late check out at 15:00 if possible. I got an answer that “ hotel was full booked and not possible “. I tried to asked again different receptionist a few days later and she told me that “ if you pay 800THB , it is possible to stay until 18;00”. I have been reading a hotel service special offer for late check out and shuttle service to station in the alveolar. But I agreed to pay 800THB to keep the room until 18:00.

That was a good idea to arrange for the hotel guests a shuttle tuk tuk to station. The staff at the breakfast room were very helpful and very organised. I wish it would be nice if there were more variety for European breakfast.
