Everything was perfect - place close to center/entry to nature park, very kind staff, comfortable and cosy accommodation, nice garden, delicious breakfast with 7 options. Staff is very helpful, they can manage day or night safari, trip to the Chiao Lan Lake… We hoghly recommended this accommodation. Thanks fór all.

Bathroom was a little smelly, but nothing dramatic.

Lovely bungalows in a gardened area, 5 min walk from the main road and all its services. Very quiet during the night, only hear some wildlife activity. The shower is separated from the toilet, so avoiding watering around. We thanked having a/c at some moments, although we didn’t keep it on during the night. Also very nice breakfast in the terrace of the reception area. Like almost all Thai people, the owners are very kind, even when they do not smile so often. They were considerate and patient to explain us, in a foreign language (English) the breadth of tours and activities that you can do in the surroundings of the village and the lake and even book bus+ferry tickets to our next destination (Koh Tao). They also gave us solution to store bags during our lake trip. They really care for guest to have a nice experience, we appreciate a lot. It was our first time in Thailand and we were not sure whether to book tours in advance. Finally we didn’t, and we could ckeck and compare offers directly in this and other places of the main street. We were very happy with the tours we got: a jungle hike day and one Khao sok lake night.

Bed was a bit firm for my liking, but I still slept ok. Mosquito repellent a must in the evenings at the restaurant/lobby area. Citronella candles or mosquito coils lit would've helped.

Beautiful gardens, great location next to a flowing river, friendly, helpful staff, good aircon, quiet but in walking distance to shops and restaurants, dogs, cats and chickens about, very peaceful and relaxing place.

My stay at this hotel was great. The hotel territory looked better than the photos! From the description of the hotel, I thought it is located almost in a jungle. However, it turned out, it is more like a really well-kept garden with houses. The room matched the pictures: clean, comfortable, and functional. I'll repeat, the territory of the hotel is amazing! Breakfast was included with several delicious options to choose from, we've tried several options, and all were great. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is convenient — just a 5-minute walk to the main street with shops and cafes, and a 10-minute walk to the national park entrance. We felt safe living there. You definitely need a mosquito spray if you plan to hang out after the sunset.

We visited during the high season and because we needed a room for 3 people, the only room available was one without air conditioning. We didn't realize that when we booked and the first few days it was a bit difficult without A/C.

The resort was beautiful, authentic Thai and bungalows were spaced apart. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. Besides breakfast we had meals there a few times. The family that runs the resort was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location was also great. It was away from the town but only a short walk (5-10 min) to the town and national park.

There were some issues when we arrived (not possible to lock door, shower not wowrking properly). They fixed it soon and were nice about it, but it required for me to stay 2 hours in the room after arrival. Not possible to keep airconditioning running when out, so the room gets very hot when you return from a trip.

Good location - quiet, but not too far from the centre. Solid breakfast included in the price (but started 7:30, would be useful if it could start sooner). Very nice garden.

I loved my room and the restaurant was top notch, but what I really appreciated was the staff and their knowledge of the various activities in the area including the various boat tours of Cheow Lan Lake. There are so many it can get quite confusion without the local knowledge provided by the staff. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Thailand.

The host had excellent English and couldn’t have been more helpful - she booked my trips and onward transport no trouble at all and I really appreciated the help. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Lots of mozzis but probably so for all the accomodations at Khao sok Bed was too soft, pillow very high and hard, family room was on the small side, water pressure was low (but probably so for all the accoms there too)

Absolute everything, the houses are perfectly prepared and with an amazing view to the mountains and beautiful garden. All the people who work there are super polite and helpful all the time. Helped me to book Tours and transportation. Highly recommended and hope I can come back for longer than just 3 days!
