Though the breakfast was truly amazing, we were curious what a Thai breakfast prepared by them would have tasted like :).

The hotel is beautifully decorated and ideally located on walking distance from the old town. The room is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and good airco. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. And the breakfast is simply amazing! In short: everything was just perfect, which makes it easy to relax and just enjoy your holiday.

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and ONCE (upon a time) Chiang Mai Home's personnel were very thoughtful of it. The hotel is well located, not far from the airport and on walking distance to the night market and other areas. The breakfast was very prepared!

Lovely location in the old part of Chiang Mai. Free bikes, which made getting around quite easy. Hotel itself was quite charming. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff were very friendly and provided helpful. Suggestions for things to see in the city. Would highly recommend and definitely plan to stay again.

It's so cosy, so relaxed and atmospheric. From a design point of view it's perfect, it's dark wood, vintage furniture and tiles - all so authentic! We remember with great fondness our stay there and the lovely staff team.

The hotel's location is perfect, not too close to the busy main street so it keeps a piece of quietness, but still very convenient as it is surrounded by convenient store, cafe, massage place...etc. Highly recommended for either couples or solo travelers, the home deco here is superb and the staff are all polite and kind.

There is a light sewage smell in the toilet - it comes and goes, so not so bothering.

The building has the traditional charm. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is very healthy and tasty. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is convenient - inside the old town but in a quiet neighbourhood. A great bonus is the free bikes - we could easily reach everywhere around the old town by bike.
