The service was amazing. The man who owned the hotel was one of the nicest and most capable people I’ve met in Thailand. He gives you a whole spreadsheet of things to do in Chiang Rai with explanations how to get there. He also shares a google map list of places and restaurants that are worth visiting there. This was definitely a 10/10 experience. He also recommended us the Sunday Market because we arrived on Sunday and it was a really great experience. I would very much recommend booking this hotel If you’re planning a trip to Chiang Rai.

The property was right next to a school, and our room faced the school yard. So early in the morning the schools anthem played over and over and over on loudspeaker, followed by children singing and some guy making announcements. There was no possibility of sleeping in. Also, the mechanism to open/close our window broke so the window was stuck open making the noise even louder… not just the school but all the motorbikes throughout the night.

The owner/receptionist was very friendly and super helpful during check-in. He gave us a map and list of things to check out and places to eat, and shared a Google Maps list of highlights around town. Laundromat right across the street was also great.

I was thinking very hard and there is truly nothing I could mention. This was full 10/10.

This hotel has everything what you need. Cleanliness was exceptional, there were no ants, not even one. All facility was perfectly functional. The host was very helpful, he recomended us places that we missed when planning our trip. There is no exceptional noise from the street, it is not busy at night at all.

As we were checking-in, this place gave us a great feeling. The owner had lots of information and shared Google Maps locations for lots of different places to eat, see and whatever else you can think of. Our room was as described, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay in Chiang Rai.

Definitely recommend for whoever is on a budget! The place is really good for the value and the customer service of the staff is amazing! The receptionist (I believe owner of the hotel as well) is an amazing man who was very helpful. Don’t hesitate to ask him for tips/advice on where to go and things to visit. He’s truly a legend!

The bathroom is very small

The location of the property is very good. It's a no frill property. Clean and comfortable. They provide good drinking water, good AC, fridge and clean room.there is a laundry service right opposite the hotel and the market area is 15 min walk. Pls note that there is no lift and one needs to carry their luggage using stairs.There is a small balcony as well.The owner of the property is an extremely helpful gentleman sharing handmade maps and guide.

- There is a school next door, the noise was no worse than being on a road so it didn't bother us but I guess light sleepers might?

- Owner is great, gives a map of some great places to see and eat close by - Can help with tours or renting bikes - Rooms are large - Air-conditioning works - Water everyday and cleaning if you want it - Typical bathroom which is a wet area once you shower, not a problem but i see many people are shocked by this in Asia.

The staff (owner) very friendly! Also helpful, gave me a map with all the tourist sites on it, great restaurants and coffee houses. The room was very spacious, clean and had it's own balcony. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was great. Location, is solid. You can walk to a lot of the places. Otherwise there are alot of transportation options. The hotel even has there own day tours for a very reasonable price!

There is no elevator or lift. If you have huge or heavy bags you bring them up using the stairs, the building has 3 floors.Few restaurants are nearby but a 7-11 is about 400 meters away.

Located near schools and hospital.Room is huge with a comfy bed.There js tv,fridge,AC. The bathroom is quite small.im asian with average height and body size so it’s perfectly okay. The location is about 1.5 km to the bus station located in downtown and around 1.7 km to the clock tower. If you like going back to the night markets and having a wide variety of restaurant food to choose from,this place is okay but not the best location. There is free coffee and water near the information desk.Free 2 bottles of drinking water everyday.Owner is very jolly and helpful. He can also help you book a tour.
