The room was quiet and clean. Paul and Harry were very kind and kind. They prepared breakfast for us every morning. He had a lot of fun talking to me. I hope both of you will live a long and healthy life.

There is a reason they have a 9.0 on Booking.com. Clean rooms, good location, and Harry and Pong are super friendly hosts. We had many good conversations, and they helped me to answer some Visa questions. Highly recommend!

This place was a real hidden gem! Located in the peaceful side of Chiang Mai so you can get a good night sleep, but near the attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff was really warm and welcoming, almost like you would visit an old friend. They liked to chat with me in breakfast and shared good tips, where to eat and what to see. I came back to Chiang Mai and came this hotel because I felt so welcomed. 100 % recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful stay in CM.

Especially as a solo traveler, I appreciated the warmth with which I was greeted and the friendliness which continued throughout my 2 week stay. Harry and Paul were open to conversation whenever approached.

I liked everything about thus hotel.

The room was huge and well decorated. Large comfortable bed. The owners Paul and Harry were absolutely fantastic, nothing too much trouble and so helpful with advice and booking tickets etc. They always found time for a chat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Chaing Mai. 10 out of 10.

I loved staying at P & H residence and went back to stay there 3 times during my Thailand travels. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, super clean and have everything you could possibly need. Quiet neighbourhood but with little restaurants and shops just steps away. Pong and Harry were really lovely and super helpful too, I had some great chats with them and with the other travellers too. highly recommended!

The wifi was pretty slow so i ended up using my own mobile data. Also the room window is looking directly at the wall so not much of a view.

The staff were very sweet and helpful. The location was great, right next to the street market on the quiet side street. The room was very cozy and clean.

Nothing to dislike. A kettle, hair dryer and mini fridge in the rooms would be nice additions.

The hosts were fantastic. Paul and Harry were extremely helpful, offering us tips on nearby attractions and restaurants. They booked tours for us at rates lower than the advertised prices. They offered us tea and coffee in the morning, even though it's not advertised. Great place to stay, especially for English speakers.

P & H stands for Pong and Harry, two amazing men who are running this accomodation. They also live upstairs so it's their home and they take make you feel at home. The property is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Everything is so clean not just at this residence but also on the entire street. It's also very quiet and peaceful throughout the day. The location is solid as it is very near to famous Wats (Buddhist temples) and all the amazing restaurants. Pong is very kind and always went an extra mile to assist me. With Harry, I could talk about anything and also shared some personal stories. Thank you very much for taking care of me. Hoping to meet you'll soon in India :)

Rooms are new and clean, simple, smart, very spacious and silent. Nice firm new mattress. Owners go above and beyond, you name it, they'll figure it out. They speak english and thai perfectly. Coffee in the morning in small terrace area.

Hosts are extremely welcoming, makes you feel like your in the right place immediately. Very helpful in any case, place is nice with space to sit outs it and talk. Neighborhood area has nice restaurants, cafes and juice bars. close to the north gate and basically everything inside the city walls. Couldn’t ask for anything more, definitely come back!
