There is a restaurant with good food at good price and they also offer different tours

The rooms are really small and the mattress is not that comfortable. The shared bathroom is small but functional

The staff are amazing. The owners slways super friendly and the hostel is run like a well oiled machine. Cheap beers, cheap decent food and comfy beds, They also do cheap bike hire aswell. A budget haven on Samui.

Nothing. The stay was superb.

Showed up to find out that there was no power (including wifi, AC, and unable to use the toilet/shower). Everywhere else on the street was working so I think it would be helpful for them to invest in a generator if this is a common occurrence as obviously it makes it pretty much impossible to do basic things. I know they can’t control the power supply but they weren’t very apologetic about it, couldn’t give me any sense of time when it was going to come back on, and didn’t offer any help about where I should go in the meantime. After a few minutes I decided to leave, went back downstairs to find a staff member who I could talk to, and although there were about 10 people who seemed to be staff milling about, not one of them went out of their way to ask me what I needed help with, as I was clearly looking around trying to find someone to make eye contact with in the pitch black 🤣 quite disappointing as I’m a solo traveller and picked this place partially because of the reviews about all the friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault them as at least they didn’t charge me but again no apologies when I told them I was going to leave, definitely a decision I wasn’t happy about and didn’t take lightly as it was around 8pm at this point and I had to go back out onto the street with my suitcase and try to find another place for the night. Can’t comment on the rest of the facilities as I wasn’t there long enough but the hostel is also right on a road with tons of traffic and i can’t imagine it gets too quiet at night.

Nice downstairs area, room was very good value for money and great AC. Staff were amazing

Our room was very small, very very small, but we didn't mind too much as we booked budget option. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Communal shower did not have light so a bit dark to shower at night!]
