The fridge in the room hasn't been cleaned in ages. Very mouldy and smelt awful.

Nice big room and the air con one has a lovely view. The location is great and overall very good value.

Its bare basics, bed ok but not great.

We ran the marathon, and literally 20m from start was fantastic. Pai is FILLED with ronde foreigners, so quite happy we got a decent night sleep just away from the noise. Reasonable accomodations

We had the first room off the road and you could hear all the bikes and cars, it wasn’t super noisy but it wasn’t silent either.

5 mins walk away from the main walking street and restaurants. Nice rooms with a good balcony, super clean. Friendly staff.

They did not offer clean towels or more water on second night. But I asked and was given them so all good.

The toilet emits a stench, could be the sewage piping. Noisy, you could hear people chatting through the late night, so if you are a light sleeper, it could be hard to fall asleep. Bed is very hard. Will be good to have hot water for tea/coffee making. WIFI is basic.

I liked the arty feel of the property and the plants going throughout. The room was also pretty spacious and airy. I loved the closet space too.

It's a bit rundown and could be better for the price. But overall was a great experience, I stayed there for an extended period of time and they even gave me a better price.

Bathroom was a tiny bit dingey and had a few ants but nothing that really bothered us.

Location was within a 5 minute/10 minute walk from the night street so easy to get to but none of the noise. Room was very cute, we had our own little balcony.

Only thing I didn’t didn’t like was there were quite alot of ants in our room. Couldn’t leave anything out as they were all over it.

Not very good WiFi. The balcony table hasn't been cleaned for a long time, it was really dirty. And seat pillows deserve some proper washing too, it was disgusting. Otherwise the balcony was great. Wash-basin needs some repair, it is really unpleasant to have a wet floor everytime I wash my hands or teeth.

Nice room and "resort", good atmosphere. Walking distance to restaurants, 7eleven, bus station, night market.

The walls are quite thin, one night we could hear everything happening in the room next door, luckily it didn't last too long...but overall Payi Resort was a brilliant place to stay.

Great location. Comfy beds. Good size room, with seating and fridge. There was space to park your scooter. Hot shower, one of the better ones we've had during our time in Thailand. Staff were really friendly and let us store our bags after checking out. Great for a few nights in Pai
