A bit careless about conditions in toilets. One of the toilet were without paper for 3 days, that means I guess no one who works in the hostel cleaned or checked it. It looks like only volunteers are present in the place.

They didn’t clean the bathroom or bed room once while we were there.. didn’t change the garbage full of dirty toilet paper. Bathroom stunk real bad. The beds felt like they were going to fall apart when you climbed up the latter, super shakey. There was only one port to charge your phone for the whole room (6beds). Most people who stayed here were loud all night and had no care for others in the dorms (stayed in 2 dorms while here)

It was nice too have a place to stay on the river, and out of the busy area of Pai. Close enough to walk in for food etc. staff was really nice! It’s cheap enough

The facility is a bit run down. Rooms are a bit of a mess, no storage or locks, no curtains on beds and no glass on window but only fly screens. I had fun as it is a social space but if you look at a bit of a clean or average hostel …this is a step down in that

The beds in the dorm don't have curtains and you couldn't really socialise

No lockers to put my valuables. No AC in the rooms, so expect to feel so uncomfortably hot in the daytime. No towels provided. Toilets were a bit dirty and commonly shared among males/females. Room was tiny and didn't have enough space because there were too many bunk beds in a tiny hut.

It's right beside the river, that's why I booked this place. Has few hammocks by the river, but some are too low it almost touched the ground when you lay on it.

Bunk beds aren't quite instable, you notice every move. Sockets right next to the beds would have been great.

Location is great, access and lovely view of them river. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free drinking water and a fridge, too.

Beds were uncomfortable and a little wobbly. Outlets were not close to the bed and seldom worked well.

Great location, like the property overall, good vibes. Place is right near town but near the river so the view is a little bit prettier. Hammocks are by the river that are nice to lay in. Staff are chill and helpful.

Secluded property by the river. Nested in nature. It is a nice vibe. It was very quiet when I stayed there. I was there for 3 nights and only 2 others were in dorm with me. The property looks a little run down but the dorm is well kept and clean. Comfy beds. Close to the town but still quiet and calm.

Messy area. Strange people come at night and sleep on free beds like they are even not a customers. Crazy dogs on area.

I got there and they said they have no room for us and they do not work with booking any more so they dont even know when people book via booking.com and people keep coming loke me.

When I arrive, people were so high they had trouble to stay awake and they were laying down everywhere. The guy from the staff that welcomed me became really aggressive with 2 of the guests, throw a bench down the stairs, yelled at people, hit the walls ... not a place you feel comfortable as a solo woman. I decided I was not gonna stay with that and the poor facilities and decided to cancel my booking online. They did not cooperate with booking to give me my money back, I had to go back there when they told me they could only refund me in person (which is 100% false). When I arrive there, they said they could not refund me. I got mad and finally got my money back. The place is dirty, you don't have access to a locker so you need to put you stuff into the owner house (not comfortable). Can't plug your electronics within your bed, the place really need some love and better staff.

By the river, if you want to be high, this is the place, it was not my vibe but it can be.

The don't clean properly. The toilet were not cleaned and it leaked and even though they came and looked at it, they didn't do anything about it. We only got one toilet roll per day even if we were 6 persons in the same room. The beds were not clean. There are no lockers to keep your belongings.

AWFUL. Please do not book. The manager/owner starting screaming at his partner from 8pm until 3am, smashing bottles and even went into the kitchen to smash up a few plates. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I think I have ever slept on. They hardly change the water bottle in the kitchen so I was unable to drink the water. The bathrooms are really dirty. The room was a joke, the window is broken and it is covered (barely) by a bin bag, I got so many insect bites

I had some of the worst experiences in hostels in these 5 months that I have been traveling. The French owner or manager usually gets drunk very often and one night we told him to lower the volume, and his reaction was to insult us and become aggressive. We returned to our room and he continued putting the speaker on the door while he insulted us. We left the next day because we didn't feel safe.
