It's not the best area to swim in the sea as the tide is often low as it's more like an inlet. Many stairs to navigate back to your roll from the pool area.

Loved the staff, they were always helpful with a smile! The restaurant had very good meals and well priced. The pool area was great, they kept the water temperature cool as there were days when the sea water was like a bath!

Nice resort with private beach. Rooms are specious, clean and modern. Restaurant by the pool has great service and great food for lunch and dinner. all dishes were tasty! Compliments to the local chef! Location is quiet, 10-15 minutes taxi from Chaweng hassle.

Beautiful! On the beach. You could walk out into the water and sitting in their restaurant watching the ocean was perfect! And the staff was absolutely amazing! So kind and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

We looooved it here, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and the rooms were spacious and clean. Really perfect!! We also got to rent a scooter at the hotel which was super handy. Location is great too since you can ride everywhere. And pro tip!!! If you walk past the pool unto the beach and go to the right you’ll find a big rock, if you climb onto it you have the most amazing view!

They really treat us well, room was immediately ready we were tired after the trip and we could check in right away at 9 AM. They were extremely kind we got a room upgrade with sea view, I would definitely come back again.

Location is a decent walk (20mins in the heat) to the main part of town. We also requested twin beds which they then didn’t have and one of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

Nice all round hotel. Good breakfast and facilities and friendly staff. Room was spacious.

If you want to swim you have to go further to Lamai beach due to high/low tide.

The sliding glass doors need some sort of sticker across the glass as almost knocked ourselves out twice walking into it.

The staff were amazing even did a little special birthday surprise. Pool is so gorgeous. Room lovely. It’s a bit out of the way but we preferred that.

Little off the beaten track which was exactly what we wanted. They upgraded our room free of charge and we had a beautiful view out onto the pool and beach. Staff exceptional, really relaxing and super clean. Easy organizing of scooter to get around the island.

I only stayed at Palm Coco Mantra briefly, but it completely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the staff—it truly felt like being cared for by family. Every interaction was thoughtful and sincere, and their attentiveness made my stay feel incredibly special. The property itself is a tranquil slice of paradise. My room had a stunning view that overlooked the grounds, the inviting pool, and the beautiful beachfront just steps away. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. The pool area is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with the perfect mix of sun and shade. And the beach—quiet, clean, and postcard-perfect—offered the ideal backdrop for relaxing or simply soaking in the natural beauty of Koh Samui. Though my visit was short, it left a lasting impression. Palm Coco Mantra is the kind of place that makes you want to return before you've even left. I’m so grateful for the experience, and I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. Highly, highly recommend!
