AMAZING! Very silent and the location is perfect.

Shower fixture meant you had to hold the head otherwise it shot out across the bathroom. No lift which is fine but worth being aware of. No fridge in room but shared one downstairs.

Overall the room was comfortable and had a good location for a short stay in Bangkok. The hostel was super clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful. Air con was perfect. 7 eleven across the road and other shops/restaurants nearby.

The place is perfect if you are searching for silence in the middle of Bangkok. I have stayed there multiple times and I love it. They clean for you 3 pieces of clothes per night, wich is amazing!

There's no lift. I'm okay with this but for elderly people this could be a problem.

The staff responds quickly. The flexible check-in was good for late arrivals.

We left our luggage for a few hours after check out. When we came back, there was nobody at the reception desk. We had to wait for the staff for about half an hour. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hostel is very clean, and the room/bed was very comfortable. They provide coffee and tea free of charge. The location is alright, but it's not my favorite part of Bangkok.

It is cute, in a small street. Everything is well thought and convenient. There is free laundry (3 pieces / day) + coffee and tea. There are buses around as well as a subway station. I used grab a lot of - cheap and convenient. Great massage place nearby: Busaba Bangrak

Everything in this hostel is perfect. It's quiet, clean and in the center of Bangkok. Going back to the hostel at late night being a solo traveler felt very safe. Plus is near to a metro station and an Indian temple!

One of the best thought-out and convenient accommodations i’ve stayed in, during my several months in SEA. The free laundry of three items per day is the cherry on top. Excellent location - close enough to Silom with the transport options, but in a quiet street.

Bit far away from the subway stations. But close to bus stations. Alley to the hotel is bit scary and lots of rats around. Room was dull and the lighting in the room was so bad.

It’s very homey, comfortable to be around. The staffs are really nice people. I liked the coziness overall. You can have free coffee and tea, free laundry up to 3 pcs a day.

I just wish they would allow check-in as early as 6 AM.

The place is just a 6-minute walk from the train station and bus stop, with a 7-Eleven conveniently nearby. The owner and staff are very accommodating—they even let us freshen up after we already checked-out and provided a fresh towel. We also loved the free laundry service, which allows each guest to wash up to three pieces of clothing. When we return to Bangkok, we’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a calm and quiet spot, very close to good food and street markets. The hostel is well cared for with a cute kitchen upstairs with rooftop area overlooking the city. There's a nice place downstairs to have tea and read a book too. Lovely and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay!

Every day there is a huge pile of smelly rubbish at the entrance of the lane to Pan Pan hostel and there is also a very strong smell of cat urine in the area outside. Whilst the hostel does its best to accommodate all guests it needs to be clearly written in Chinese that you cannot do your laundry in the communal hand basins and wash dirty shoes in an area meant for personal hygiene! The drains in the shower room also smelt very strong in the morning.

The location was absolutely fantastic and with Silom being my favourite district in Bangkok the Pan Pan hostel is situated perfectly. Free tea and coffee for guests is an added bonus in the reception area. The immediate area is full of nice cafes and convenience stores' and a 3 minute walk and you're onto Silom road. There are also easy connections on the MRT within walking distance at St.louis station.

Lobby is not cooled down so it’s not comfortable to stay there when the weather is hot. The light at the ceiling was very weak, difficult to read a book.

The location is great. The owner and his wife are very kind and polite. They are helpful in everything.

No complaints

Very cozy and homely. I could relax here. My room was spacious and bright. Had a fan and aircon. Shared bathrooms were fine, never had to wait to shower or use the toilet. I was meant to stay 4 days and stayed 3 more because I was comfortable and safe. Loved the hostel and would come back for sure. It's easy to take buses or bts from here but a longer walk to the metro. Hostel is in an alley and therefore quiet. I had very good nights of sleep. 3 pieces of laundry a day for free is a fantastic bonus!

I really love this place: clean, quiet even when Songkran festival, and the host is very nice to me. Anyway, the hostel is a bit far (800m) from MRT/BTS system. Really recommend for alone trip.

Everything was perfect there

The second stay in a short sequence at the PanPan hostel. Cleanliness, a view from the window to the surroundings, comfortable beds, windows with insect screens, a safe in the room and a very pleasant kitchen on the floor and a cozy terrace right on the roof
