Phangan Bayshore Resort is perfect. We stayed there for 5 days and had 4 connecting rooms in the newly renovated wing. And it was pure luxury. Beautiful. Stylish. Nothing was missing. There were beach bags, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, complimentary water and soft drinks. Outside the room, there was a lovely veranda that we made great use of. The veranda never got too hot — of course, a fan had been installed out there. Everything is so thoughtfully designed. Breakfast at Bayshore is absolutely amazing. Be sure to try the Eggs Benedict or the Avocado Toast. So delicious. The hotel is located right on the beach — the same beach where the Half Moon and Full Moon parties take place. We were there during the Half Moon Party, but we didn’t notice any noise or litter on the beach at all. You had to walk about 5 minutes down the beach to get to the party area. It had a cozy vibe, lounge music, fire shows, etc. But no noise could be heard from the hotel. So don’t let that stop you from booking this wonderful hotel. The beach, by the way, is fantastic! Clean and lovely, and with a jellyfish net so you can swim safely — even with children. It’s relatively shallow, but not so much that you can’t swim out properly. The hotel is right in the middle of town — you can reach a 7-Eleven in 5 minutes, and there are plenty of massage places and tourist shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from booking snorkeling trips to arranging taxis. And when we needed medical assistance, they were also just fantastic — efficient, kind, and quick to help. Only the highest recommendations for this amazing hotel. We would gladly come back.

The breakfast could have been richer. There were many options when you want to eat eggs every day but not so many for kids that have a sweet tooth.

Everything. We were upgraded from the cottages to the superior room and it was amazing. The rooms were comfy, nicely decorated and had a small terrace with a fan so it was ok to sit outside even when it was hot. The staff was super helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the pier for us for no fee.

Booking rooms at this hotel is quite confusing. There are 3 very different room types. Initially we stayed in the beachfront rooms however although these rooms were clean the walls were thin and we were often woken by loud music or noisy neighbours. Fortunately the staff were able to move us to the villas after the first 2 nights. The villas were great, spacious and quiet. Nothing the property can do about this but when the full moon party isn’t on (it wasn’t for our stay) the area is very quiet.

Room was pretty dark, in need of more lighting. It was dissappointing to see some tourists behaving rudely with the restaurant staff.

Resort was right on the beach, loved the onsite restaurant and the gym was pretty decent. Staff were friendly, specially in the restaurant. There were plenty of places to eat outside the resort. Location was spot on for me.

Garden villa had plenty of space, always cleaned daily. Breakfast/dining area was a great location looking out over the beach. Pool was a good size. Quiet on a night for sleeping. Very good attentive staff always wanting to help.

They had constructions in the time we were there. They are noisy at the time most people are out of the hotel(noon), but if its a rainy day and you want to relax in the hotel, this might be challenging

The hotel is right on the full moon party (the main reason we chose this hotel), but besides this, the hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast was disappointing (especially as it’s so different to what the restaurant usually has!) I would much rather have ordered from a menu but you can’t until 11am
