The keycard has issues inserting into the keycard space almost every time. The shower drain was quite slow, if I turn the water too strong it will flood the shower space. The bed could have been a little more soft.

Location was near the hills of Chonburi, so it was pretty quiet. Room was spacious. Facilities were clean, the room service came and cleaned our room very quickly. Breakfast was good with many food choices. There were even rabbits roaming around the hotel to look at. Very worth the price!

There was a Muslim person in my group, and there was no Halal food in the restaurant so he couldn't eat breakfast. The bed mattress base was bigger than the mattress itself and had sharp corners, which caused me to hurt my leg. This needs to be improved.

There was a wide variety and it was delicious and satisfying。 The room was spacious and relaxing.

went there for the kids' competition and it was a convenient choice (free shuttle bus to and from sports venue). the lobby and the buildings in general didn't look grand, the elevator was very small, but the room was very spacious with microwave, coffee sachets, kettle, and fridge etc. there was a big balcony with drying rack so that was very conducive. in the bathroom the shower looked very dirty with yellow stains on the tiles, i had to shower in the tub. the bathroom sink had a problem letting water going down. the tap water smells very bad and can't be used for brushing teeth. during the first night the room seemed somewhat dirty, but i didn't bother to complain as i arrived late at night. however, starting from the second night the room was very clean (the shower stains remained though). the breakfast was ok, not a lot of choices but enough to make you full. i thought lunch and dinner there were pretty decent, very reasonably priced and very tasty. staff generally very friendly and helpful. if my kids go to competition again at the same venue, i probably would choose this hotel again; that being said, it is not recommended to people who don't HAVE TO BE confined in that area. it is thailand and at similar prices you would probably have a lot of choices and get much better deals.

the bed is very hard and firm and felt like a rock, only 2 pillows provided, was a bit of dust/hair in wardrobe drawers and on the side table that should be cleaned better, and our air con this time was not good compared to last visit.

The pool was fine but although there were two sunbeds no soft covers and no staff at the pool and no pool towels. Asked reception who said then wold send someone. No-one turned up. The pool room had two air conditioners not on and the controller did not work, The room wasw too hot to stay in

The wardrobe area/drawers need a bit of cleaning. It was hard to communicate with the restaurant staff to order meals as they don’t speak so much English, so I feel bad for them because some foreign customers are getting very angry and upset at them but they are trying their best. Maybe better to have online ordering system to avoid communication problems?

Reception were very friendly and helpful. Staff responded quickly when we asked for extra towels and pillows. I like having the kitchenette in our room but there was nothing provided except 2 tea cups and 2 water cups with tea/coffee/sugar. Be good to have bowls and plates in case we cut fruit or heat up food. The restaurant has nice Thai food.

In need of refurbishment. Very basic and old fashioned hotel. No proper amenities. No body lotion, no cotton pads. Only one instant coffee per person. Plastic cups for water. No smoking in the corridors and rooms but our floor stunk off cigarettes. Nobody was checking this. We didn't have breakfast but it looked ok. Only one thin pillow.

We stayed only one night. Room was clean but very basic. We liked the hard bed. They rooms are more like apartment with the kitchen, not a hotel room.

Bar and room service closed a little bit early but it did not ruin my holiday or anything.

Everything was very good quality and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good and the bar team were really nice. Gym, snooker room and pool were great. Highlight was the outside restaurant and the coffee shop.

I love to say about Hotel Manager Mr.TIn. He is such a nice, kind & friendly person to support us 24x7 days round the clock. Foods are delicious & social to our health both Veg & Non-Veg. Especially seafoods. Many varieties with choice of restaurants inside depends upon our taste. Love to come again & again....

It's awesome experience for me to stay one weeks. I feel comfortable same like my Home stay. Staffs are very much kind, helpful, friendly social in all manners. Rooms are very neat & tidy on all days. Our belongings are very safe to keep in rooms. They are providing comfortable shuttles as reqd.
