Nice firm mattress :) well equipped rooms, very cool pool

Breakfast bit basic,

Our first room was quite outdated. We had an issue with our air conditioning. As soon as we went to reception, we were immediately upgraded to a better room. We loved the pool area, we spent a few days relaxing by the pool. The location was amazing, a 10 minute walk from the heart of Phi Phi. We were only meant to stay for 4 nights and extended our trip by 2 more nights as we loved it so much. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

Some of the rooms are old and outdated, I know it’s in the process of being renovated.

Rock hard beds. Only way I could sleep was with a sleeping pill Rooms are very outdated but they’re building a new complex which meant when we arrived there was drilling. They get you to pay prior or you wouldn’t stay.

Fabulous resort on the phi phi islands. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Luggage service was wonderful. The pool was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Security made us feel safe. Would recommend to anybody.

I did not book this hotel

This property was disgraceful. We booked a bungalow as we had seen on reviews that these were nicer than the hotel rooms. We had booked 2 nights here and checked out the evening we arrived, we couldn’t sleep there. The bathroom was the worst part. The smell of sewage was overpowering and we were afraid to sleep here due to health risk. The shower was non functioning and we showered outside at the pool showers. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Everything was perfect and the best manager upgrated us to a bigger room with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You get clean towels to take to the beach :))

I didn't like we didn't wake up to get to eat breakfast. But that's our fault😄

Swimming pool is really nice

We knew about the refurbishments to the bungalow a bit we weren’t told about the work to the roof in the main block. We found out at 08:18 in the morning by being woken up to a horrendous noise.

There was extensive building work that we never informed about impossible to spend time at pool,breakfast should not be offered as inedible all served on one plate I could go on.

Good location

Rooms need updating. Bed was hard. Construction is going on.

Not worth the money

We liked the location and the bungalow was good enough.

The resort was a construction site,the main pool was getting done up and the second wasn’t even open or available for us which was advertised on booking.com. The eating area was dirty and not clean at all, we got breakfast included and did not want to eat from here. In the photos it looks as if it’s on the beach ,it is not.

Bedroom comfortable, but tired decor.

No bar, no restaurant

Everything!! The staff were lovely, the facilities were great, the location was perfect.
