Upon arrival got free upgrade, wonderful big family room with 2 balconies and fantastic view to the mountains. Clean and quiet in a well maintained garden, delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, friendly cat and absolutely kind and helpful staff. We can highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the beautiful nature of Khao Kho. . Sure, we come again ... thanks for the hospitality.

Not suitable for elder person or small kids since it locates on the hills and needs to climb up and down stairs. No fresh coffee just the instance ones.

The cozy and family-like ambience - waking up every morning served with delicious breakfast and great mountain view. The staff were approachable and friendly, treated us like as part of theirs - we were very much at home. Checked in and checked out process - a breeze. The rooms were extremely well-maintained - all of us slept extremely soundly with its firm bed.

The fact that there was no room service or pool. The pictures on Booking.com show a pool, but it turns out it's the private pool for the executive villa. We were in a villa.

There was a large number of steps to get to the entrance of the 2 rooms.This was not ideal for an elderly member of my party. The double room had an awkward blind that could be dropped over a see through toilet sliding door. The shower over the bath did not work for us in the double room.If I had noticed this when offered the upgrade I would not have taken it. Both rooms had 3 in 1 coffee which was not suitable for someone who prefers black coffee.The youngest member of the party informed us after we left that there had been an annoying rattle coming from near to the quadruple room and that she would not stay there again. None of the rest of the party had an issue therefore we didn't resolve it at the time. When we arrived we were told that the swimming pool was not available which was disappointing but were informed first thing in the morning before breakfast that the swimming pool was available but that was too late for us.

The resort had a nice established garden. The rooms had a quality about them. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. We were offered an upgrade on arrival and we accepted as it meant that we had 2 rooms right next to each other, we accepted even though the 2 rooms did not exactly suit our needs. The rooms had really nice views and balconies and for some families they would be a fantastic choice. A member of staff made some black coffee available in our room. There was a good restaurant nearby that we visited and had a good evening meal.The quadruple room had a really nice bathroom set up.

Best to arrive before sundown. We were a little lost at night cos it was dark (and I guess our driver wasn't too familiar either).

Peaceful and quiet rooms, most with partial mountain views. The grounds have very interesting and cute statues and the gardens are beautiful. Breakfast had a great view (I saw photos of the wet season where the sea of clouds would roll in.) There is no dinner at the location but they helped us order in mookata (affordable and what a spread!!!)

The rooms dont fully look the same from the pictures to reality. The bed is not 100% comfortable and the room appears very dated and dark. The shower power is not the best as well when using hot water, breakfast is terrible with zero variety. Parking is very limited. Overall we paid appx. 3K per night, and for that price it missed the mark for sure. It should be not more than 1.8K per night on New Years weekend, and 1K on normal days.

Cute hotel, nice external furnishings with the campfire and garden. Staff was great, despite a minor payment dispute they were extremely honorable and professional throughout the stay. The owner made sure to accomodate the guest, which shows a great dedication to customer satisfaction.

The small flies at balcony can be unbearable at sometimes. Especially during breakfast. Maybe a fan at balcony could help? :-)

The hotel room is clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the breakfast. The hotel is also near to every tourist spots that we want to go, it’s a very convenient location. Will come back again and also introduce our friends if they are coming to Khao Kho.

The resort is not easy to find. My GPS got me there, however the signs and text on them are not overly large and are easy to miss. I would also suggest that the signs should have arrows pointing in the direction of the resort. I felt that for the price there should have been a couple more amenities in the room, there was a mini-fridge, but no microwave and no free water. The Wifi was fair, I saw the router outside our bungalow, so not sure why it wasn't better. It also would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great. We were there on a Monday and had the whole place to ourselves. My wife spoke to the manager (owner?) the night prior to breakfast and told her what we liked for breakfast. We ate on the balcony in front of the main building. The manager also arranged a car to take us to Wat Pha Sorn Kaew on Tuesday morning, that worked out perfect.

The shower cabin was a bit low for me, so I bumped my head several times. :-) Breakfast itself was poor in term of choice. Not much choice in Thai food. It was OK, but they might better extend this in the future. One night the water fell out. :-(

It was a very nice little resort. I had the impression that the resort was not open for a very long time as they were still building up in the garden e.g. Very friendly staff and high service. One night it was raining very hard and the next morning there were umbrellas available at the "villa" to have a dry walk to the breakfast location. The bed was comfortable. Nice clean room and bathroom. Free water, coffee, tea and chips in the room. The location of the resort is very nice, it is however a bit hard to find without navigation.
