The drains didn’t work properly so we were always standing in water while showering.

Breakfast was great, the pool facilities were amazing. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

Ok. Sadly we experienced a very loud argumentative neighbour who kept us and presumably others awake into the early hours. The disturbance was reported to reception.

The location was good. Close to the beach and a short walk to a range of food and shopping options. The staff were helpful and friendly- especially Krit in the main breakfast area and Charlie in transport. Thanks for your friendly welcome and service. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of in house dining options. The deck at night for dinner was lovely enhanced by the singing trio.

Rooftop pool tiles very sharp edges. Husband cut foot on nail inside bowling shoe. Still charged for shoe rental

Shower was spacious but could have been a tad cleaner. Pillows were too soft and lumpy. This is if i have to be very critical as everything was really great.

Breakfast buffet was great spread. Good variety with subtle changes each day. Multiple pools. Location was perfect. Beach access opposite hotel with water activities available until 7pm. Away from late night noise but still very close to many restaurants and street eats. 10-15 min walk to Bangla Rd. Room was comfortable with strong air-conditioning.

Found some of the waiters at breakfast a little rude.

The hotel is in a fantastic location few minutes walk to patong beach and shops yet in a quiet location. The breakfast had a huge selection. The reception and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and polite.This is an excellent value for money hotel.

Older pool areas need fixing and a little run down. Tv need to be updated to smart tv and more options for movies channels ect. Could possibly add more selection of milk besides only cow full cream and soy.

The air conditioning can get really cold, but if you turn up the temperature the humidity increases and the floors can get wet and slippery, but this would likely be a common problem throughout Thailand given the climate.

Breakfast buffet (they have 2 restaurants to.choose from) which is great. Pools, again a few to choose from.

We took a family room without view. Actually there is a view of the huge machinery that was done a lot of noise.

when i booked through booking .com i had mentioned that there will be 3 kids , but still i was charged at the property,so i am a little confused about that.

it is an old property, i think it overpriced, location is good but i think the property should provide for free shuttle service.pool is fantastics

Paid for pool access room and unfortunately this was located on a corner, we had people throwing balls at our door and running in and out of our private outdoor seating area and using our spa all day long.

The rooms we were in were very dated and needed an uplift. Some areas were closed off for restoration and for some weird reason you cannot book anything to the room. You have to pay cash or card at time of receiving the drinks or room service.

Very comfortable for our family of 5. Rooms outdated though. If the AC is on strong - it made the sheets damp.

We weren’t able to charge back to our room as there was something wrong with their system. Caused inconvenience as you had to have cash or card at all times.

The old design and very old furniture.

When we arrived,We got another room that was so old and bad but when we talked to them they changed us a room and even let us choose. The pools are nice and the bowling room is so great. The location is excellent for us

It's looking a bit tired. I had previously been upgraded, but not this time. I'd stay again, but was very disappointed... stayed there on numerous occasions occasions... had hoped to be treated like a life longg customer... I'd been upgraded previously. Ps the breakfast wasn't as good as it once was
