Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Arab EmiratesWe had an amazing stay at Nonnita Botique resort with our family and friends and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We want to especially thank the lovely owner, Judy who made us feel very welcome and was very kind and accommodating. Her genuine care truly set the tone for the entire stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really showed in every little touch around the hotel. The place itself has such a unique charm — it’s not just another hotel, but somewhere with real character and soul. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home. It's the perfect blend of comfort, style, and individuality. The entire staff was equally impressive—friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile or a helpful suggestion. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely committed to making your stay memorable. I can't recommend Nonnita enough. If you're looking for somewhere special with real personality, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares, this is the place. A huge thank you to Judy and the wonderful staff — we look forward to coming back!

EstoniaWe arrived several hours after formal check-in time, but we were still told that one room was not yet ready and we should wait until it will be ready. After we said that we are not happy with such treatment, another room was found quickly. Unfortunately, the TV was not working in that another room and host was not able to fix it during our stay. There is very severe penalty policy not published in booking.com. Not seen anywhere before such penalty list, e.g. if stains are found on the sheets on check-out, a fine must be paid. Females and families with smaller children should be extra caution.
Unexpectedly beautiful hideout in Phuket, feeling like somewhere cozy place in Italy or France instead. Very warm and friendly family as hosts.

RussiaNothing! It was a perfect 10 days stay🫰🏼❤️🔥
This was my 4th time staying in Phuket and I think it became my favorite one because of this place. It felt so much like home even though I don’t come from a hot south asian country:D Judy, the owner, gave me impression that she cares so much about me and me husband. And I’m sure everyone who has been staying here had the same feeling. The breakfasts here are the best (every day smth new and so fresh💘). No wonder because Judy conducts her own a cooking here and she also has a beautiful garden with vegetables , fruits and flowers. There’s a nice swimming pool and area to relax here. There’re animals like dogs, a buffalo, and chickens with chicks who live here too. This area is much quieter than Karon or Kata. If you don’t mind living far from the beach (20 min bike ride to Ao Yun beach), but being close to Chalong temple (10min ride) and Old Phuket town (15 min ride)- this place is perfect for you! We had a bike (that we rented from Judy’s neighbor), so it was perfect for us.

United KingdomEverything about Nonnita was perfect for me. The food was amazing, the staff were helpful if I ever needed anything, the room was big, the shower was good. The extensive grounds of the hotel are peaceful and unique. They have chickens( fresh eggs every morning for breakfast 🍳) a water buffalo, friendly dogs. Nonnita offers a place tranquility to get away from the hustle and bustle. From the location to the unique aesthetic and especially the staff Nonnita was perfect for me. Judy the owner also provides a Thai cookery class using ingredients grown or taken from the hotel grounds. Beautiful place, beautiful people. I will definitely be staying there again.

ItalyAn absolutely wonderful, small ,natural resort... Beautiful garden and vegetable garden and fun Thai cooking courses. We had a very clean , large room and bathroom for the three of us with spotless white tiled floors, bedding and towels. Great air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room. However what really makes this place shine above the rest is the owner and lovely people who work together to make it so special. They will make you feel like you are part of the family and I would recommend it for both families, couples and female solo travellers or girls travelling together .

United StatesA little short staff for such a big resort but that doesn’t matter they were all hard working with fantastic attitudes. Judy treats all of her staff like family members 🥹☺️
Family owned hotel with a lovely theme and perfect vibes. Great for long stays as they were very accommodating. The cooking class was worth it. You learn 4 Thai dishes and you make them from scratch, no powder, no msg, from their farm to table. Waking up and crossing the creek in the morning feels surreal. Photos don’t do justice, you needed to be there.

United StatesI had a wonderful time and left feeling like I was part of the family. It is more of a home stay than just a hotel as the owners and family live on the beautiful grounds. Do take the cooking class as they will take you around the property and show you all the wonderful things they grow on site (Thai cherries, star fruit, ginger, many many herbs!) They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen where you will prepare the dishes for your meal. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Just walk past the gate and you feel like you are in the country far from town. There is a stream that runs throughout. A beautiful swimming pool. They have a pet water buffalo, Kunai which means Diva in Thai. At night there is no noise of any cars or traffic - all you hear are the frogs and insects making the most beautiful night music. My visit was extended because I caught the flu and they took such wonderful care of me, bringing soup and ginger tea to my room. Judy and her family are kind, caring warm hearted people. I definitely plan on returning.

From the moment me and my kids got there we knew we had chose the right place to stay for our first trip in Thailand. A really authentic Thai experience staying in this hotel, Judie was the nicest lady you could meet and her and her family made it a very nice experience as they were so welcoming and helpful.

United StatesWe're not huge fans of the shower/toilet mixed bathrooms. It's common, so not a huge deal. We knew. We just don't like it. They do their best to make the facilities clean, but you're kind of in the "farm" and it's more rustic. We expected it and were mostly fine with it. There's a messiness that comes with the territory.
We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed one night as we were traveling between Phi Phi to Luang Prabang. Judy is a gem. The entire staff are sweet and funny. We did the cooking class. I love to cook and am an experienced home cook of Asian and Southeast Asian food. I LEARNED A LOT. This cooking class if for all levels of experience and interest, but Judy is a natural educator and her recipes are simple to follow. You will cook and eat better no doubt if you take her class. Plus, our kids got to roam around her property and harvest all kinds of Thai homegrown crops. My daughter loves her animals, esp. the chickens. Judy was an amazing host and the whole place is a generous, memorable stay.

So nice little jemm close to the city. It was easy access to Andamanda water park and Phuket Old Town. We preferred this area over beach resorts. It is great with kids. The yard with rabbits, buffalo and dogs, chickens, mo nice. And the owner Judy and her lovely staff are just so generous. We really enjoyed our stay. And breakfast was wearing every day, was nice. ItalyOnly thing I would say was the noise from the roof of the room early morning, as the roof’s tin and also kids screams and talks very early morning sounded loud in our room since the bathroom in the room has an opening for air that is only cover by a net for bugs and it’s not a window that closes to prevent noise. Also, few tiny ants next to and on the sink in the bathroom but it’s fine since you’re staying in a place that is full of nature around. At the reception they had their kids who didn’t speak English so it wasn’t really easy to communicate and we had to use translate app but not a big deal!
We found a great last minute price for 2 nights and it was a great choice!! Family owned resort, with a buffalo, rabbits and ducks , Thai cooking class if you’re interested, cute local restaurant , basketball hoop and a lot more! Such a cute place. We visited the night before our reservation and asked if we could rent scooters from them since we were staying at a hotel nearby and all the shops were closed or didn’t have scooters available. With just a call to a neighbor that they collaborate with, we instantly got the scooters in 5 mins at the resort! Saved the night for us!! The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved it . We were also allowed to check in 1hr earlier to one of the rooms which we really appreciated! You should definitely try their restaurant they have delicious food! We also really loved the decoration in general in the resort ❤️
