i prolly needed to wear my earplugs to sleep because there were a bunch of AC generators right outside my window so the hum kept me up. otherwise, the evening staff that spoke english was awesome. the lady in morning wasnt helpful unfortunately but thankfully the restaurant down the street got me to the bus terminal.

As it was in the middle of the town it did get loud at night outside, which could be heard from the rooms. Might make it difficult to sleep.

You could hear the outside so if you are a light sleeper like me then you will definitely struggle.

I loved the building how it was very retro and in theme with the whole of old town. I think Old town is a better part of Phuket and if you are into more history than culture I think this is the place for you. Staff were also lovely and the rooms were clean.

The shared bathroom, little smelly from the drainage pipe. The bed mattress very soft and can feel the mattress spring.

- there is no privacy in the beds - my bed had pugs , i had itching all the night , i informed the lady in the reception and she went up by herself to solve it

- location is perfect for those want to discover the old phuket. - Man bed options , bathroom clean and separate and the cleaner is always smiling - available water in the fridge

It was a bit noisy in general even at night and many people smoking so you could smell it. The bed not very comfortable. Common bathrooms were fine but I would appreciate if the showers were a bit cleaner.

The staff was really friendly, warm, kind and went out of their way in making sure we had a comfortable stay. They helped us get in touch with companies for tours and negotiated with them on our behalf to get good prices. They cleaned the room, shower and toilet regularly and made prompt fixes wherever needed. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, markets etc. Delighted with the overall experience of staying here!

The room could have been a bit cleaner, but in general it was okay; the toilets and the bathroom were in a quite good condition. It was quite noisy, since the hostel is directly located on the street.

The hostel is located in the centre, next to everything you need. The staff were very kind and helpful. The price was good and fair.

Limited kitchen facilities, but that is not really an issue as local food options are plentiful and inexpensive.

Anna is a national Thai treasure who knows how to make guests feel welcome and well looked after. Her personality and local knowledge allows guests to enjoy their visit to this hostel and Phuket to the full. Location is convenient to the Old Town with all of its attractions and activities. The upper floor common area is bright, breezy and spacious.

The bathroom was incredibly humid. No air circulation. Just sitting on the toilet made me sweat more than walking all day in the sun. The frame of the bed is loose. Getting on the top bunk makes it shake really bad.

Super friendly host. Thank you for information on what to do and how to get to the airport! The location is amazing. The building and decor is cozy. Kitchen available.
