Breakfast was not good . The only good thing was the fresh fruit . occasional noise at night was a distraction but overall great location just away from the nightlife

Annoying residents at floor no.7 room 701. I will not comment further as i would maybe like to stay at the hotel again in the future and because of the awsome staff help regarding the issue.

Staff is awesome and friendly, room is very big, could easily fit another 2 bed in. Swiming pool at floor no.8 although its small dimensions its ok. Location, its about 10 min walk from Tucom. Fast Free Wifi. There is a evening food market just around the corner, 2 minutes walk away. I would surely choose Piyada again in the future.

Not as close to walking street as it suggests. Its a good 20 min walk atleast. Nothing exciting in the area. No money exchange service open at night. Not so close to 7-11

Bathroom and rooms were old. Too much noise throughout the night from the road and also from the playground behind the rooms. Balcony door needs to be insulated. No other service or facility in hotel. Passable for a night. Not for long stay

I had problem about voice, incredibly much, hard to sleep...I give 3 star here.. Moreover, about cleanliness, I give 5/10... But the good thing is that they clean the room every day..

Hotel is far away 15 minutes from Walking Street by walking. Not bad I believe... Prices are suitable, I stayed 3 days..

it is a bit old, but very clean and very friendly stuff. it would be nice to have the access to the swimming pool longer, as some of us were working with Europe and were finishing work at around midnight - so would be awesome to be able to dip in the water at night

Unfortunately, the overall appearance seemed dated, with a noticeable lack of modern decor. It would be great if the hotel considered updating the decor to enhance the overall guest experience.

The family room at the hotel was impressively spacious, providing ample room for our family. Despite the aging aesthetics, the room's size was a definite plus, allowing us to move comfortably.

Air conditioning didn't work, but was rectified when I told staff. No hot water after two days. I didn't report this as it was so hot I didn't really need a hot shower/bath. It didn't bother me, but it is on a busy road and Pattaya is a 24 hour city, so there is a lot of traffic noise! On the other side of the hotel is a football pitch which was used in the early mornings and evenings and generated quite a bit of noise. Only take notice if you are noise sensitive. As I said, it didn't bother me.

Staff were lovely. The whole place has quite a homely feel. I think it must be family run. The room was big and had everything I needed. I liked the fact that there was a bath tub and a full size fridge. The location was pretty good considering the price. About 10 minutes walk to the beach.
