Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly

We had to catch an early morning ferry so the location was perfect. There are lots of shops and restaurants all around. The staff were very nice and it’s very good value for money.

Not as close to Sariee beach as I expected. Ended up wanting to be closer to that area for beach and nightlife.

Location was dislocated from Sairee Beach area/popular parts of the island which meant that taxis/bike is required.

Very clean with nice facilities. Good shower. Comfy bed with air con and fan. Staff were friendly.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about it. It’s a nice place on a low budget.

This location couldn’t be better! The people are very nice. They helped me with my luggage upstairs and it’s right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay, extended 2 nights. The location is perfect, in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants without being noisy. The apartment itself is a good size, big bed, TV and nice bathroom. WiFi was solid. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and they offer bike rental at a decent price.

The tap water quality is questionable, and the sewer smell is quite present. I think their water pipes are quite old and need to be replaced or cleaned.

Great value! It is also near to many restaurants, shops, and diving centers. If you're visiting Ko Tao for only water sports(diving and snorkeling), I personally believe this place is the best place to stay. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The place also provides laundry service (50THB per kg)

Very clean rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. In a great location right in the town centre with all the shops and restaurants walking distance. The room has everything you need and even a bonus kitchenette and desk area.

Excellent room with AC. Kitchenette was a bonus, we only used the kettle and fridge though. Has a working safe. Bathroom modern and decent size, hot shower. Netflix and wifi good. Roof top bar next door is a good spot to watch the sunset.

The smell from the bathroom/sewer.. but I guess it's an island problem as we stayed in another hotel and it was the same but what's interesting, in both places we smell it first 1-2 hours

The location is perfect and you have everything you need nearby. The room was also very great and offers everything you need. Sairee Beach is a 10-15 min walk away. Even tho I sadly forgot an expensive item in my room, Tarn spared no expenses to send it back to my hotel in Bangkok, which I was so grateful for :) I would always come back!

We were woken once or twice during the night with the noise of people probably leaving a pub. Nothing major though!

Nice, modern accommodation just a 5 minute walk from the port. We found the owners to be really lovely and we rented a moped off them for a day. They also helped us book our transfers. I would definitely stay here again!

It was very noisy when opening the balcony door & there is a construction in front of the hotel (in front on our room - 2nd floor of the building across the street), but it was reduced a lot when closing the door, however you had to keep curtains closed for privacy due to construction workers. The front desk is on the ground floor and it is not 24-hour, so make sure to notify the arrival time as we arrived when it was closed and luckily we were able to call to be checked in, but would be harder without a SIM card. The bedside table had many marks, so it needs to be painted.

The room was clean and comfortable, it had a little couch which was great! Also a smart Tv, microwave, kettle, hot shower and a nice balcony. The door had a security lock which made us feel safe at nights. The room faced the street, which seems to be better than facing the back of the building. Good location, about 5-min walk from the pier.

The shower wasn’t working for the first couple of days, but they were very helpful to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Bathroom had a bad odour

Very nice room - clean and new furniture plus tv has all the streaming options on. Location is good - close to the pier/port. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to rent a bike to get around the island.

The bathroom clogged once (we didn't put anything in it) The water pressure in the shower was very very low

Good value for the price. Location is great in the heart of koh tao Friendly staff and the room was clean and had full cooking facilities, which is surprisingly good for a room this cheap
