Sound proofing not good as guests eating breakfast and talking loudly outside our room at 7am waking up our whole family in both rooms.

    Classic modern style and cleanliness.

Clean, modern room in a small family owned hotel.

Rooms are on the small side and have no view other than on the pool. Receptionists do not speak English but try their best using google translate. The owner speaks English well and stepped in to solve a small issue we had. Be mindful of (hidden?) fees like water bottles that were not in the fridge or visibly part of the minibar for which we were charged 10 baht. A bit of a cheap attitude for a room at over 2K baht. Same for extra blankets and sheets that are charged extra (100 baht for the blanket or 300 baht for the whole set) and which the owner graciously waived eventually for one set after some discussion. Not breakfast included :-(

This is a small hotel with a handful of rooms. It is clean and modern. It does the job for a night very well, but there isn’t much else beyond the smallish rooms and the pool.

Parking options for big car quite tight. Sauna does not work. Water pressure quite low so couldn't fill the bath.

Room was nice and large. Pool was OK. Some care and attention obviously went into making the guest comfortable. Really nice lounge in the room.

Staff have zero English. I cannot complain too much because I don't speak Thai. But it was a definite issue. I rented a motorbike, which was good value BUT it was a pain getting them to rent to me, with excuses (police blah blah blah) even though I have full bike licenses and am a very experienced biker. On the morning of the 2nd day they wanted another day's motorbike rental from me ... I refused because I had only received the bike at 6pm the day before, and I told them I would return it at 6 pm = 24 hours / 1 day. They immediately conceded. So why even ask? Just trying it on? The location is on the wrong side of the river. So a distance to town for bestbfood etc and the historical park. The room was noisy, because the neighbours had kids who were already in the pool, directly outside the room, by 8am. It didn't bother me, but be aware, they cannot guarantee a quiet room. It depends on your neighbours!

The place is very nice. The room was big, clean, comfortable and good value. One reason I chose this place is because of the pool, great for laps, although in the end I didn't use it. 5 mins by transport to bus station.

The walkways around the pool were very slippery. . Breakfasts could be better.

Our rooms were clean & comfortable & situated around the pool which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even arranged for us to have massages in our rooms- we were a group of 9- 4 adults, 4 teenagers & a 9 year old but nothing was too much trouble.

Maybe a bit remote if you like walking to town. Must be a couple of miles to walk to town , little or no pavement and dual carriage way

Friendly staff , very clean room with soft bed. Just a five minute walk to a decent restaurant next to the river. Free pickup from bus station. Able to hire a car and driver which us charged by the hour. Decent swimming pool

Not on the river so literally only a room. Staff not suggestive with options… great riverfront restaurant just down the road. Historic park light ceremony… other things to do in Kgamaeng Phet??? Would have made a difference to our experience to have a few ‘local’ suggestions.

The hotel obviously does not offer breakfast to Westerners, but there is a nice coffee shop nearby, which the hotel recommends to Westernes.

Nice small hotel, good to stay for one or two nights, but you need your own car in order to visit the Historical Parks.

The room was very small compared to others for similar price. The property was a long way from town and taxis were in very short supply. we walked a few times but one had to go across a bridge which was not suitable for pedestrians and had to walk a long way extra to cross the bridge as there were no steps onto the bridge for pedestrians.

It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool was lovely. warm and clean. The staff were very helpful.
