Great value for money, very immersive and provided free toiletries (toothbrush, shower cap, mosquito repellent) as well as umbrellas when it started raining and mosquito coils.

The stay was good. The only thing is the place is high up the terrain will be tired after climbing and there is no air conditioner in the room.. it was so hot!! The ambiance is good and view is good , food is delicious

There was no air conditioning and no fridge. It was a steep climb with lots of stairs to the room but so worth it for the amazing view

The view and outdoor space were beautiful. The interior was quaint and homely and clean.

Amazing breakfast, nice views and monkeys jumping around. We really enjoyed this. No issues with noise from close restaurants or boats as they were pretty silent after 23:00. No hot water didn’t bother us, as the «cold» shower was refreshing. The rooms get a bit hot since there’s no AC, but the fan helped during the night.

The bugs and lack of AC but we knew that when we booked and is part of why it's such great value.

The view is absolutely spectacular, the breakfast is amazing all for a fantastic price.

Our bungalow balcony although spectacular, was partially attached to the hill, and one night two men with torches tried to enter our bungalow. We scared them away and all our doors were locked. Not the fault of the resort because the area is open.

Located in a beautiful seaside garden, bungalows have great views onto the sea and surrounding peaks. Breakfast included with variety.

The 100Baht p.p boat ride to the island is breathtaking!! the resort is on the less busy/good side of the Island! We had the hut with sea view it was unbelievable, the breakfast was good and we even saw monkeys on the property! It does have good WiFi although it says no internet connection, so thats just an error on the site :)

- The fan was absolutely fine, however AC would’ve been nice!

- Perfect location. You are close enough to the main part of Railay and the beaches, however you feel far enough away that it’s nice and quiet! - Lovely views and surroundings - Would 100% stay again.. we wished we’d stayed longer!

Noise from long tail boats was very loud from 6 am until midnight. This meant it wasn't very peaceful when sat outside on the balcony. Big climb up from path but there is a pulley to bring your luggage up, didn't find out about that though until had climbed to the top with our bags

The staff was a bit inflexible with the reservation even with amble notice. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason and the price paid.

The view was great and I like the open shower. The breakfast was good. The view from my bungalow was lovely.

How dirty the beach is and how noisy the long tail boats are from 6 AM.

There were large ants crawling all over the floor and toilet in the bathroom. This was only an issue at night, and I expected some insects due to the location. Noise from the long tail boats, but this is not a problem if you bring ear plugs.

The property is gorgeous - tucked a short walk away from the busiest part of Railay. Be warned, there are lots of steps to the property, but this provides each cottage with wonderful views. The sun rises on Railay East, so I watched a beautiful sunrise from the hotel. The breakfast offered toast, cereals, pancakes, fruit and a variety of eggs. The room met my expectations.

The views from the top room (208) were spectacular; we felt like we were on the set of a James Bond movie! Please note this resort is eco therefore no hot water or air conditioning but fans are provided. There are a lot of steps leading up to the resort; I don't think there is disabled access. Breakfast was provided with our booking. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The boats do run all night and the motors are quite noisy; if you're a light sleeper then I'd advise bringing ear plugs. On one night out of the three we stayed the music from a nearby bar could be heard quite loudly therefore again earplugs. This accommodation is located on the east side. We would definitely stay again for the tranquillity and breathing views.

Very steep stairs and if you are not fit, rather go elsewhere. No hot water in the shower and the basin leaked. making it a bit of a mess.

Excellent views and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
