United KingdomStaff at hotel very helpful we didn't go out on our first night but helped us order food and drink to delivery. They organised our drop off at ferry port on departure . Our second day took us down to the taxi stop for the beach and picked us back up later in the day. The pool was salt water pool 😍 and very relaxing.

Australiabathroom smelt like sewerage so we had to keep the door closed the whole time, the shower was also leaking and the drip drip drip was really annoying, not a big deal but i spent a lot of my time in the room as i had food poisoning so it was irritating. we also went down for breakfast one morning and there was nothing/no one there even though we had breakfast included in the price and all was well the morning before. we went off to get breakfast somewhere else instead and then when we came back one of the staff delivered food to our room, which was a lovely gesture it was just unclear what was going on.
the staff working there were very lovely, the aircon was great and bed was really comfy

Comfortable room with a large bathroom and shower. The balcony is ideal to sit and relax early morning or before bedtime. The pool size is ample for the number of rooms and area is well presented. The property is quiet and just of the main street. The location is good to walk into town or explore the island by motorbike. On checking out, reception booked a courtesy golf buggy back to the ferry pier.

I got room on the second floor. The balcony with a pool view, everything is fresh, tidy and modern, havaian style of interior. The bed is just perfect. AC works properly. Very good hair dryer. There were shampoo, body soap, good smelling towels, and even one-time tooth brush and paste. There is good swimming pool with beautiful lighting at night time and the area with bubbles. I also had free breakfast- eggs, sausages, bread and butter, coffee, juice, water. Nothing special but ok for morning. 3 km from Tien beach and the same from Nabaan pier. Special thanks to stuff for their helping with everything. They even privide me a transfer from pier and than pick me up to the place with good bike rental. I will definitely come again
