A bit more cleaning and responsibility would be nice. First day I collected 17 (!) broken glass bottle necks from just 10 feet of the beach, and many more glass bits 😵‍💫 in less than 8 minutes, much plastic also on the otherwise beautiful beach, very dangerous for everyone walking barefoot or swimming at the beach.

It was ok! Nice pool, sometimes a bigger one enedes, chinese people allover. Missing some pool-rules, some very noisy people using it in The night.

I took 2 rooms - beds terrible - you sleep like on the ground. Thats why probably they offering Thai massage later :) Pool - not clean - around bad smell. -need to invest to pool cleaning. All hotel old - gym not working equipment - just put for the eyes. ATV - rent terrible - they took 1h - 1000 bath for atv's that working terribly - avoid this things... better go by taxy, bicycle or by foot. Breakfast - not good - they must have at least coffee machine! Coffee - you simply can not drink it. To eat - omlet and some cornflakes - thats what was the best on breakfast menu.

Beach very nice - sand white-amazing. Main guy - I do not remember the name, only one speaks very good english, was pleasant and help full - and helped all the time, whatever we need. Regards, to him! Other stuff also help full, just speaking Thai english... very little.

Very relaxing place, quiet beach with hardly anyone else there. Very friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink. Big rooms, big pool, nice grounds to walk around, great setting in their own bay.

You could tell that the resort was trying to get up and running again post pandemic, so although they have facilities, such as a gym and spa, they weren't fully functioning just yet. The space on the property has such great potential though! We stayed over Christmas and were a bit disappointed they didn't have a special menu for dinner on Christmas. They had a special menu on Christmas Eve, however it wasn't advertised to us, while we were there unfortunately.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Due to a booking error, we were upgraded to the ocean front room and it was fantastic. We were so grateful to experience that. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the omelette station was the highlight. The location is secluded and quiet making for a very peaceful stay. The pool area was lovely and we loved how it was surrounded by garden and forest. We were able to do some excellent snorkeling right off the beach from the resort, as well as from the beach on the other side, which was a short 10 minutes walk.

people from the hotel dont care much about garbage. the hotel garden is clean, but the plastic brought by the sea to no the beach in front doesn’t seem to bother anyone. we were pretty annoyed by it and cleaned for two days!!

very special building, a bit colonial style in a beautiful and strange island. strange because half of the infrastructure of the island is not functioning. many restaurants are closed and bungalows abandoned. it is a bit shocking at fist but after a while it is interesting. great snorkeling

This is what largely contributed to me not giving a higher grade but I paid to get my clothes washed and I later found out that my (polo) shirts had shrunk so much after being washed by them that I had to throw them away costing me a few hundred euros.

The price, staff, location, pool, and food were excellent.

The accommodation was extremely tired and wasn’t clean. There was absolutely no communication with the staff, they were not helpful or forthcoming. We had to ask everything and they even tried to make us pay for breakfast when it was included in the booking. There was no offering of a lift to the beach so we had to high a moped and take it in turns to have a lift to the beach or you had to pay 300 baht for a lift from the staff. The pool bar was empty and not one member of staff in sight.

The hotel is dirty and run-down. There is mold in the bathroom, and the pool is murky and unclean. Pool pillows are covered in bird droppings. No one takes care of the hotel except for the greenery. The staff is unhelpful and dishonest. Avoid this place!

1. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, during our 3 day stay the room was not cleaned, the linens weren’t changed. The towels looked of yellow color because they were stained. 2. The staff were rude and arrogant. One of them was showing gender discrimination and the other one took food from our plate with hands. 3. The food was awful, nothing proper to eat. The food was cold, only couple of selection. The coffee was bad. The only thing we liked from breakfast was watermelon.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was the ocean. But the beach had so much corals it was difficult for kids to go in and out to swim.

Loved everything about the place. Clean tidy staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely everything was cooked fresh. Fresh fruit on every morning. The only thing that disappointed us was the fact we didn’t stay for longer, thought a few days would be enough but could’ve never have left. Scuba diving is out of this world. Sunset was unbelievable and the views throughout was to die for. Thanks rachi for our amazing stay

Resort is like under development. Breakfast is very basic. Every day the same. No fresh coffee/tea. Very expensive compared to what it offers. A lot of rubbish on the beach. Most of the staff do not speak English. A lot of Chinese and Russian guests. A lot.

The only good thing about that place were guided snorkeling trips by staff from activities center - special thanks for Um from Myanmar. Rooms are ok. Clean and big, but they are far from a beach.

The early boat delivery and then having to wait for 3 hours to get into our room. May have been just a super busy day but a bit of a disconnect during arrival.

Beautiful location, great staff, especially Ms. Apple, who went above and beyond with a big smile. Overall the restaurant food was good. The large pool was fantastic and very inviting as we had a poolside room

Can’t think of anything, it was a very relaxing staff so if you want somewhere away from it all this is it!

Location, stunning beach and the staff are friendly and always looking to help you. Food was excellent and we loved happy hour.

Just some small maintenance issues, the plugs of the yacuzzi didn't work so well, and it was unable to lock the terrace door in front of the small pool.

Staff was really helpful and servicminded. Location of room 204, value for the money, and what a view 😍.
