I suppose “mosquitoes” would be the only thing I can think of, but that’s not really anything the property can reasonably address.

The location is phenomenal. The property itself worked in conjunction with its natural surroundings to create a luxurious yet grounded feel.

I don’t recommend grotto dinner, food wasn’t that good and stuff wasn’t that nice. For the price you pay I was expecting more, but place is absolutely georgeous!! It’s wort to come for lunch.

It was amazing, the best resort in Thailand. Absolutely luxurious. Stuff was super nice, architecture, nature… everything on point. One of the best places I ever visited. I wish spa is included in the price…

    NOTHING!!

Everything was incredible. Rayavadee Resort isn’t just a hotel — it’s paradise! The service, restaurants, ambiance, and activities were all flawless. Luna is the most dedicated and professional person I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such care. We’ve visited many luxury hotels in Thailand, but this one is simply unforgettable. We had a two-person wedding dinner at The Grotto, and it was like a dream. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you happy. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I think the hotel app should have directions to find the villa once dropped at the cart point, detecting your live location. I lost my way twice finding the villa as the directions were not proper on the pathway

    Beautiful and blissful

The grotto was beautiful but the set meal was too large, too many courses and too rich. It would be better if you could just order from the menu on the night and have a salad if you want. It's all about cocktails and the view anyhow. The food made us feel sick, and duck was served to a vegetarian, who later for gastro. So yeah, not a great ending to our stay.

Incredible location, grounds and facilities. The villas were beautiful and every care and attention to detail was made. The Thai restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner.

The noise of the many boats arriving near the breakfast area and sometimes the smell of the motor. Many tourists who don’t belong to the hotel climb along the sunbeam of the resort as the beach is public. No warning of the jellyfish but luckily you were prepared with vinegar so it is probably something that happens often?!?

The outlay- just villas, no big complex, spread out in nature. We saw many different kind of monkeys, waran and enjoyd time at the pool. Close to busy touristy restaurants, massage places, shops- really nice if you want to buy inexpensive souvenirs,…

Grotto restaurant is much smaller than it looks on the website and a little bit pricey, however the food was good and we had a good time. Rooms decor feels outdated, but well maintained. The gym can be improved in the hotel.

Incredible location of the hotel, magical views and access to 3 beaches from the hotel. 100% recommend to visit this place to experience the beauty of Krabi. The staff is very friendly and professional, the pick up from the airport was excellent, we have 3 small kids and I was amazed how caring and attentive the staff was during the pick up. The hotel doesn't have kids club, however they have a schedule of very nice activities for kids and adults - cooking classes, crafting and cave climbing. Also staff is very kids oriented, my kids loved cooking class and bookmark making. Food for breakfast has a good selection, Grotto is a bit overrated, but still a nice experience. The restaurant next to the pool and Thai restaurant are also good. Infinity Pool is a very chilled and relaxing place, overall hotel doesn't feel busy even if it's fully booked, and the privacy is great.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, it was clear that this was no ordinary getaway — it was an exceptional experience that transcended the very concept of luxury. Every detail, from the stunning architecture to the impeccable service, was tailored to perfection. *Accommodation*: Our villa was an absolute dream! Spacious, exquisitely designed, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly wish for. The panoramic ocean views from the private terrace were breathtaking, and the room's interior felt like a seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The bed was a cloud of softness, and the deep soaking tub overlooking the beach was pure bliss. *Service*: The staff here redefine hospitality. From the warm welcome at check-in to the heartfelt goodbyes, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt like royalty. Personal concierges anticipated our every need, whether it was arranging a private sunset dinner on the beach or securing last-minute reservations at the finest restaurants. *Dining*: The culinary experience was nothing short of spectacular. Each meal was a work of art, from the freshest seafood to innovative international dishes. The attention to detail, the high-quality ingredients, and the presentation were all at the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The variety of dining options, whether casual or fine dining, ensured we were never bored. *Amenities*: The resort's amenities were extraordinary. We enjoyed a rejuvenating spa treatment that left us feeling completely renewed, and the infinity pool with ocean views was a perfect place to unwind. The resort offers exclusive experiences, such as private yacht charters and guided nature walks, making every day feel like an adventure. *Location*: Situated in a pristine part of the world, the resort offers serene and stunning surroundings, whether you're relaxing on the beach, exploring nearby nature trails, or enjoying the endless sunsets over the water.

    Absolutely nothing, it’s perfection!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with this place. We are well travelled and I can honestly say this place blew me away! The grounds are so amazing, seeing all sorts of different animal, the monkeys around the hotel and on the beach are brilliant. Having Railay beach on your doorstep was so good, we got to experience this before the longtail boats arrive. The service was out of this world. It honestly makes you feel like royalty. We ate dinner in 2 restaurants, it’s pricy compared to some restaurants around the corner but it’s to be expected, plus it’s well worth the money. We didn’t eat in the cave restaurant. You have 2 different beaches at this resort, both all within walking distance through the amazing surroundings of the resort. Watching the sunset is a must. If you want to experience pure luxury this place is a must! The pavilion rooms are so nice, words cannot explain just how perfect this place is.
