Had some issues with out bathroom drainage, water pressure and overall bathroom slanting due to the structure of our bungalow.

Beach was on our doorstep, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Koh Lanta but super easy to scooter around the island. Staff were very friendly.

The bathroom is super stuffy as there is no ventilation of any sort. The shower is also kinda primitive but this seems to be more of a small island problem than a resort problem.

Location, location, location! This property is located right on the beach and has access to some lovely restaurants. the rooms itself were decent enough, not great, not bad. Although the place is a resort, the amenities have a more hostel stay feel since you have to reach out to the reception for every small thing and the staff is only available till about 6pm. Overall a comfortable enough stay with views to die for. Pool was also pretty nice, with a beach view.

The sea view was blocked by a really tattered and torn plastic fence.... We booked seaview but directly outside our bungalow was an old delapedated and unused structure with old cement bags and rubble laying around. The whole resort is a little untidy and tired. The photos show bungalow we thought we booked and actual bungalow we were giving (with yellow bin outside) We left a day early.

Nice terass with view towards the beach. Perfect hideaway for couples. Nice access to the beach and all the bars along the beach.

The resort was old. The rooms could use some updating and the landscaping was also not maintained very well. The restaurant food was good, but it was understaffed and very slow.

The location is great. It's right on the beach and the beach was lovely, sandy and not overly crowded. The resort has everything that you need, so you don't have to leave if you don't want to.

Bungalow is nothing fancy, doesn't have even a kettler. There was a few gap in window frame were mosquitos got inside. No wi fi in the bungalows

Overall, nice stay. Rooms are clean. There is a small fridge but no kettle and no safety box. It is beach front on relax beach, a great beach, close to many bars and restaurants. One of my favorite beach on the island. The pool is small but nice. Breakfast is correct but redondant. It is below average for a resort. The resort needs a bit of renovation to sustain the prices. The staff is nice but no real interaction with the clients. I think it s a language barrier. The reception lady is great. Again it's good but could be great.

So, nothing specific, I would come here again, but I guess its a price-value thing. The accommodations are basic, but for the price, I'd expect a bit more. Also, the bar-restaurant could deliver better, I think. I guess, it's hard to compete with the cafés at the beach, but there should be some room to pick one or two signature dishes, quality lunch, excellent shakes, or fun looking cocktails, and some music, maybe. And, 200 Baht freezer pizza's should be prohibited ;).

Relax Bay owes up to its name! We had an excellent time with our kids, going back-and-forth the beach, cafés, and the pool. The beach is stunning (some shade as well), the pool is perfect, and the cafés and bars in 2min walk have a great vibe, serve solid food, and make nice shakes and cocktails. Staff at the hotel is friendly. Its also very quiet in most nights, and you'll hear and see the sea from the terrace.

Seems like most units require some attention, lots of space around windows and doors for bugs to get in. However it seems they are still doing a lot of upkeep, they are doing great job restoring/maintaining the property. Beds weren't very comfortable but it doesn't matter much when you're in paradise!

A nice spot, further from the road however easy to rent a scooter and get around. Very quiet and relaxing spot, enough options down the beach for food/drinks a short walk away. Beautiful sunsets. Pool was nice and kept clean surrounded by beautiful gardens, easy to spot bugs, snakes and lizards! Feels like you stay in the jungle so peaceful. Breakfast buffet included, friendly staff who are working very hard!

The property is a hidden gem on an amazing beach with loads of bars and restaurants without the crowds. The breakfast area is right by the water and offers a nice selection of things. The staff was excellent, from helping us with our laundry to keeping the place tidy and fresh. Our bungalow was clean and nice with a proper AC and little terrace to enjoy an afternoon snack on. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful stay close to water, with still access to everything you need. 10/10

We originally booked this place for a few nights and ended up staying 2 weeks, beautiful beach, friendly staff and young lady at reception was so pleasant and helpful. Apartment was great, view was amazing, area around apartments were rustic and natural just as we like it. Definitely lived up to its name. Thank you for an fantastic stay

Beautiful resort at the beach. Very nice bungalows. Really Good breakfast (buffet). The pool is really nice too. The rooms are clean and cozy. Staff is very polite. We had a really good time.
