Great hotel in a very good position in hua hin everything within walking distance, a nice quiet hotel with excellent staff always willing to help a decent breakfast and comfortable beds nice little pool too, all at a very good price too 😀 👍

This is a very comfortable but 'no frills' hotel right in the centre of Hua Hin. The location is perfect. I stayed in a superior room on an upper floor. The decor in the room is a bit dated but the room was very large by modern standards. Breakfast was good, there is a swimming pool and a gym. I thought it was great value for money and the staff are lovely.

Although there was a full kitchen and a bar area, there were no cooking utensils or spoons, bowls or plates. So we weren’t able to cook or properly eat in the room.

It was very spacious. We stayed in the penthouse. There was a full kitchen with a full sized fridge. Two bedrooms had its own ensuite. Balcony access from both rooms. Location was good, not too far from the beach, about 8-9 mins walk, close to the night market with lots of food options. Staff were great and accommodating.

There was an issue with smell in our room beside the lift, when we spoke with the desk about it, they switched our room for us asap; Problem solved!

We rented a larger room with a separate bedroom so it felt more like an apartment which was nice. The location is excellent, close to the heart of the action and beach. Breakfast was good many things to choose from, western and Thai dishes.

Some areas needing upgrades due to age.

Fairly good location close to night markets, bars and restaurants. However, SOI 94 is where you have a better variety of bars and restaurants but you can catch a green bus (they run every 10-15 minutes) so cheep from the night market entrance. The spacious room and bath.the pool was okay and the gym. Complimentary popcorn.

The beds were not comfortable, the room had a bad stink where I stayed during the first night!

The parking is limited, if you have a car. The tv in the room is not great and mostly running thai channels or with thai audio only. The room I stayed in (403) for the first night had bad odour (like a leaking drain system). Not ideal for a long stay!

The location is in the city center on the main road and easy to find. closer to the beach approx distance 700mts one way. The room size is ok. The beds are ok too. The room amenities are allright. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful. Good for a short stay!

lol the lift is super slow but we just used the stairs instead. Nothing to not really like about this hotel it ticked loads of boxes.

Great place in Hua Hin town to stay. We had a 1 bedroom sea-facing apartment which gave us some great space to hang out in for the week. The pool doesn’t get much sun, so it’s a bit cool but that’s okay when it’s stinking hot and you need to cool down before you melt. The breakfast buffet was a great array of choices both western and local. The housekeeping staff are so quick and leave your rooms looking immaculate. The team at the hotel are all super friendly and helpful. Markets are all walking distance away, as is the local beach.

Nothing to not like.

Great location in Hua Hin town. Very close to all the night market action, restaurants, minimarts. Fabulous space in the king suites with it being a 1 bed apartment. The pool is good with pool towels available from reception, and the gym looks pretty new. Breakfast is varied with Thai and western food. Plenty of choice overall. Great value for money with a very professional and friendly staff team.

On check in room unavailable for 30 minutes so I go to cafe. Staff barely speak English, don't charge to room, felt unwelcome. No tourist information in rooms or lobby. This property is a little out of centre of tourism area do information for guests is important but lacking here.

we booked the penthouse. very big and beautiful. Here and there little bit dated/needs some attention, but that does not take away from the very pleasant experience. Good price for 4 people, and fits even 6 easily. staff very helpful. location is near night market. Everything else easily reached by grab for <100 baht.
