We loved the Luxury Hotel as there was no children. We wanted a quiet place & this was perfect! The restaurants, pool staff, room service & housekeeping were excellent! We couldn’t fault them!!

There was no downside for me

In the noise and bustle of Pattaya, the Royal Wing was a tranquil oasis. The Royal Wing must be 20 or more years old but is sparkling, near as-new and rooms exude luxury. One had the added touch of the exclusive bathroom amenities still in individual packaging as in the past. The staff were very friendly and professional

Everything, staff were amazing!! The little touches of chocolates and fresh fruit in your room everyday. So peaceful and quiet, my favourite hotel I have ever stayed in!

Located a little out of the way, very spaced out, need a buggy to get to the gym.

Staff were really nice and welcoming. No rush to check out I was told I could stay as long as I needed, that was a nice touch.

It’s a bit far out from Pattaya. Good if you want the peace and quiet but nowhere to really walk to so rely on taxis which is ok because they’re so cheap.

Absolutely fabulous hotel . Staff were outstanding , really interested in hearing feedback. Proper 5 star hotel. I had a suite in the Wave property which was huge.

Food quality in the couple of the hotel restaurants that we dined in - Breezeo & Royal Grill Room - can be greatly improved upon. We were rather disappointed as we had high expectations of the catering of the hotel of this calibre. The service however was exceptionally good and attentive.

Perfect hotel

An amazing property. The reception staff and the manager and all the desk employees including the concierge are more than 100% of excellence. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and the mini bar is free excluding alcoholic drinks. Fruits, chocolates, soft drinks and Evian water are free. The sea view is very soothing and calming. If you want to relax and have a peace of mind away, and away from the city hustles and noises; then this resort is the heaven that you are looking for. The Indian restaurant is a must to eat in it.

Just a suggestion to improve the selection of pillows. We love soft bamboo charcoal pillows.

Perfect hotel for vacation in Pattaya. Nice facilities, clean pools, beautiful gym. We had complimentary fruits, water, and chocolate in the room daily, cleaning twice per day. Everything was just perfect.

Some of the facilities e.g Spa were not available so needed to be booked in advance. However we were recommended somewhere nearby .

Loved how the 3 hotels are connected so there was ample sunbeds and pool space. This particular hotel was very exclusive so perfect for us. When we arrived we had a few issues but Natrada sorted them swiftly and was so friendly , we were put at ease . I even left my earrings and she located them and arranged postage. If it wasn't for her , our stay would not have been this amazing .

Not much!

This is without doubt a true 5 star hotel and the experience is 10 on a scale of 9. The desk manager, Natandra is big part of the e'sprit de corp experience. Definitely one for the books. One would be hard-pressed to find a property that is so well branded to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was nearly impossible to open a door for ourselves. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. We never once arrived, regardless of time, where we weren't greeted in the most gracious manner. The room was over-the-top and the turn-down service rivaled all other five star experiences we have ever had. Not use to having 8 to 10 truffles, including two each on our pillows every night, plus fresh fruit plater. Mind, we are professionals and very much in the know. This is without question in the top 5 of the the list "Amazing Places we Love to Review". Comfort was exceptional, service was beyond exceptional. The entire property is awesome. The pool water temperature was perfect, the softness and condition of the water was noticeably the best we ever experienced. Fresh clean towels were waiting for us whenever we departed the stairs of the pool. Room service menu didn't appear to be impressionable at first, but the presentation and flavors would rival many high end restaurant experiences. Room Service... mind you! Even the poolside food was mind-blowing... best Australian Beef Burger EVER. The appointments of the room were attentive to every detail, we loved the carousel entertainment center, the bathroom with the circular jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable, very sensual for couples. And the fragrances of the towels and linens. OMG! The consistency of excellence carried through in every detail.. But beyond the aesthetics, the actual comfort and class was the human experience. Ms. Natandra is so worth her weight in gold. The Best, the best, the best.
