It's a cool place for a getaway, not far from Bangkok with proximity to a small island, with a few tiny beaches for swimming. Hotel itself doesn't have a beach, which might be confusing given the location and the photos. The room was clean and comfy, the view was breathtaking. All in all it was quiet and relaxing. There's a mall with multiple restaurants walking distance, however, there's no side walk and the area is abandoned, so not to nice to go by foot and too close to take a taxi The breakfast is amazing!

The hotel is beautiful and very modern and the staff are very friendly The breakfast is an Asian breakfast and there are no options for non-Asians except for the egg station which was great and if they added a little cheese, yogurt and honey their breakfast would be international par excellence The hotel is mostly frequented by Japanese and Chinese The location of the hotel was a shock to me as it is more than an hour away from Pattaya, its beach, markets and nightlife by car

It's a shame that the hotel's own beach is small. But you can also relax on a neighboring beach.

The reception at check-in was very good and very friendly. The stay was also very good and everything was available as described. The location is very central and I can only recommend it. The MRT station Hua Lamphongund as well as the train station, tuk-tuks and cabs are within easy reach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I personally will book this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok The breakfast was very varied and sufficient as well as very fresh and the hotel bar is also recommendable.

Deluxe king room was cramped and did not have a desk or table with a chair to use a laptop. Balcony took up space but nothing on it so you couldn't sit on it to look at the sea, wasted space. Breakfast was not up to 5 star hotel with limited selection in some areas like the fresh fruit. Many items not replenished on breakfast buffet maybe due to long breakfast hours starting at 5am! Later after 9 some items empty like the fresh bread, salad items, fruit items.

Modern luxury hotel right on the water with all rooms facing the sea. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful giving excellent service. Great shuttle service to locations near the hotel. Excellent bathroom with a high tech self opening-closing-flushing toilet.

Room was cramped and hard to move around the bed without banging your leg due to the design of the bed frame. Tiny little couch really just for one person to sit. There was no chair nor was there a desk which was really odd given that this hotel caters to foreign business people a lot of Japanese. Just ok for a short, couple day stay, otherwise the 1 bedroom suites are much larger and better equipped, without a desk but a table and chairs at least. Breakfast was not up to a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star. Lots of Japanese items but not so many American-Western ones, for example, no crispy bacon strips. Fruit selection on the buffet was minimal. Restocking of items was slow.

Modern well run 5 star property. Our Deluxe King room had a great sea view being on a higher floor. The room was very modern and very Japanese in design. Bathroom was great with a high tech self opening-closing-flushing toilet. There was a good size fridge, not a mini fridge along with a washer dryer but no washing powder provided but I assume if asked it would be supplied. Hotel shuttle service to several near the hotel places was well run and very useful. Wonderful helpful and attentive staff.

Really nice location. We’ve booked 2 nights, that was really great. We have a room from the 15th floor with sea view. Gold time is the sunset in the evening. Swimming pool also nice. Value for money:)

I booked the hotel a couple of months in advance and special requested for the same floor because of my old parents staying together but we didn't get it. Also we have to wait for unfinished cleaning rooms. My mom, my aunt, and my uncle had to stay on different floors. I wish the hotel should be more considered about the guest requested.

Walking distance to Central Sriracha mall, Ko Loi Park but road lacking proper pedestrian footpath. Good breakfast, helpful, cheerful staff. Easy drive to Bang Phra Reservoir, Bang Sean beach, Sanctuary of Truth, Terminal 21.

the onsen was broken, the water was very cool but staff did not inform me and on weekday onsen open only 17-21 pm.

the view from the room . we can see sea from our bed and sofa. the fitness equipments are very great and high quality but the shade was broken so i faces the sun while i running.

The service is not good, it takes so much time for food ordering at in love restaurant! The staffs seem not willing to service and address the issue or problem. I feel really bad and might not recommend friends and families to visit.

Staff were all very smiling and tried their best but some of them could not speak English and as we don’t speak Thai, communication was not very fluid. There is not any beach in front of the hotel where you could swim so we were a bit disappointed. Overall, not very much to do in Si Racha, except a big mall. Beach are privatized by big hotel (but not this one), the Chinese temple was under construction and there's nothing in Koh Sichang : only beach with sand was under maintenance as well, with only one bar that has only coke and beer to offer and a pitiful atmosphere.

Room was very nice and comfortable, with a great view on mer. Facilities were good and specially the swimming pool and fitness room. Breakfast was quit good as well.

The hotel has very limited parking space. I need to park outside the hotel perimeter and walk to the lobby. It's a horrible experience.
