We had a very good stay at S2 Residence in Krabi. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. At first we got a room with two beds pushed together, but when we told them that our 2-year-old child couldn’t sleep like that, they quickly gave us another room with a big bed. The room was spacious and very clean. The swimming pool was also quite big and very clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

For people who are sensitive to noise at night, I recommend bringing earplugs because sometimes the sound of motorcycles outside can wake you up. It didn’t bother us too much, and we got used to it quite quickly.

There is too much chlorine in the pool, it dries and tightens the skin. There is also a smell of chlorine.

Close to town, clean and affordable price. It was our second time here. The staffs were especially the best part of this property. They were very friendly and willing to help. They allowed us to stay late with no charge. There will be the third time for sure ! 😊

If you want room with balcony, better to request to stay on 3rd floor. If not, you will hear the motocycle’s noice all night 😅

Rooms and bathrooms very nicely done, if a bit small, but the desk was a nice addition. Balcony was good and there was plenty of space to hang wet laundry out there. Staff very friendly.

On quite a busy road and a drive to the main part of town. Pool area was nice but really full of mosquitoes so we couldn’t use it.

The stuff was suuuuper nice, everything was clean and the breakfast was really good.

I’m the balcony room is quite loud from the street but other rooms are ok

Nice place near hotel have local market almost Muslim food comfortably, hotel cleanest staff so kind me and my family like this place next time will rebooking again.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and had smiles on their faces when greeting us and the rooms were very well cleaned each day when we came back to the hotel after activities. Theres a 7-11 conveniently located nearby as well as a small supermarket - very handy. The area near this hotel is majority Muslim so hearing the calls to prayer in the evening was a beautiful experience and felt like another world. The only thing to note is it's a 20 minute walk to the beach from here but that was not a problem, just something to be aware of for anyone with less mobility. Overall I highly recommend staying here because the facilities for what you pay are excellent

The location wasn’t the best, we had to get grabs into Ao Nang but if you had a moped it would have been perfect.

it is a bit further away from the main area of ao nang than it looks, it’s not a very walkable area so if you don’t have a bike you’re better off getting a lift down to the town as the walk is down the side of a main road

Staff (extremely friendly, helpful in sharing closest store, pharmacy/help when spouse got sick, tour suggestions, etc.) Space/large rooms rooms (the bedroom area, closets, bathroom, etc. were all larger than average) Very clean and liked the tile since often coming in from beach

Only AC was in your room itself so was hot in other parts of hotel and took a few minutes to cool down since power and thus AC unit can only run in the room while you are present

The hotel is located a bit far from the main part of Ao Nang. About 15 minutes walk to the night market. Taxi to the center about 100 bath per person. Clean hotel. There is a fridge. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and there is no shower curtain in the bathroom. During the shower the entire bathroom flooded. They provide towels, detergents. Hair dryer available. Hotel in the Islamic part. In the morning at 5 we were woken up by calls to prayer from megaphones. In the hotel you have to move around barefoot. Shoes are left at the entrance. The hotel staff deserve praise! Very helpful.
