Nice room. If you will rent motorbike location ok

Need to walk uphill to hotel and be careful with motorbikes

Massive room, air con works great. Nice balcony and close to a good supermarket. The laundry is quick and fair price and the dumpling restaurant downstairs is great.

The door to the balcony didn’t shut properly so you get bitten in the night by mosquitoes. The shower pressure is bad. There is a construction site next door that is noisy, but most of koh Tao seems to have this problem. Also the people going up to the jungle party make lots of noise.

Clean, quiet room. Water pressure is low.

The room was huge with a great view, I very much liked the stay.

Could be cleaner. Nail clippings and dust everywhere. The toilet seat was mouldy, it cost peanuts to replace it. Dear owner, get it sorted! With a bit of love this place could be great.

Very big room and nice terrace. They offer laundry service which I liked and used.

The room was not very clean when we reached, it was full of ants and we had to ask for an insecticide. The window was very big, and since it's on the ground floor we felt a bit exposed to other customers.

Most of the things were pretty good, polite staff, room cleaning upon request, decent facilities. Will probably come again next year.

As many people have mentioned already, the balcony doors can't be closed properly. There is a big gap between them that should be covered by some rubber material or brush- to prevent bugs/lizards during the night. I improvised by putting some tape over it, but generally the owners should take care of it, as many people seem to complain about it - and for a good reason.

The location and size of the rooms is exceptional. This is my second stay, and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Away from the noisy main road, with the most spectacular views. The shower pressure is not the best, but it's a small price to pay for the setting and location.

Spacious lovely clean room, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and welcoming and always there if we needed them. Laundry service was a bonus on site also 😁

There was nothing we didn’t like

the location was really good and the size of the room, the room was bright through the large windows.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned thoroughly, during our entire stay we did not have a single room cleaning. The toilet flush did not work well, the water pressure in the sink was low, there were no shelves in the wardrobe, only three hangers for two people, there was nowhere to put clothes.

Location was good, during monsune floods the water level can't rise that high because of the uphill. Everything is still so close that you can basically walk everywhere. Room was big as was the balcony. The view from the balcony was also great and you can just spend hours there sitting and relaxing. AC also worked

The Toilet tank needed to be filled with water manually, the automation didn't work.

The size of the room was unexpected! It was big, with big balcony and spacious bathroom. When we arrived we asked for a room on the second on third floor and staff considered our request.

Youg people like to party hard and staff dont care about noise complain. Also staff is lazy, you have to ask for room cleaning few times. TV was not working.
