I didn't like that the option of their speedboat from the mainland to their resort wasn't communicated clearly on Booking.com or once a booking had been made by the property. I only learned about it when looking at their own website and inquiring for more details as even then it was vague. Knowing this might have changed how we got to/from Bangkok to the resort. And even when I asked it was like pulling teeth to get the information for future stays since it wasn't an option for this stay. A response anticipating future questions by providing all the information would have been appreciated over simply answering questions which after two rounds I simply gave up.

Excellent variety at breakfast and I appreciated them highlighting the food waste from the day before. Good food and drinks otherwise, attentive staff and clean rooms. Great location, right on the beach. Would recommend. Fun fire show over the weekend and live music Friday and Saturday nights.

Food was pricey. Staff was not bad but not so impressive nor professional. All the fire shows must have left oil on the beach. Walking back with black marks on my feet everyday. very hard to wash off.

Located on a good part of the beach, good breakfast with many choices but bad coffee. Room was nice but overpriced (maybe because its an island) Pool was good. Room was spacious and confortable. Very nice beachfront resturant.

The beach benches situation was not good with approx. 50 seats (including the bean bags). A lot of people just use towels to reserve the benches early but didn’t use for half a day. Once we went at 8. 30.. there is no bench available but of course only stuffs for the reservation.

The room was ok, clean and comfy. Some parts might need to be refurbished and cleaned as it looked old and run-down. Breakfast was good, a lot of options with European and Asian food. One recommendation, the hotel should give the fresh juices. The juices provided were super sweet syrup with water. Beach/pool and water were great.. nice view and the water was good. Services: Staffs are nice and helpful. Special thanks to “Pepe”, he really has service mind. always pay extra attention to the guests, not only us but overall.

The property does care a lot about environmental compliance. All the staff are very careful and friendly, they want make your stay unforgettable which is very close to our feeling. Impressive organic garden with a lot of beautiful delicious vegetables used at the kitchen.

Extremely clean, trained staff, family friendly resort, for me the only one on Samed. beach Club, great food variety, breakfast offers for each culture their food, chinese, thai, western, egg station. You can sit inside or outdoors in the shadow.
