No cleaning service despite 5 nights in the same room, room heats up alot and fan is unable to change the temperature much causing me to sweat in my room.

Slightly run down and the mattress was very firm (much more firm than the average in Thailand which is already quite firm) but we are good with firm so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Very good value for money property. Rooms are a bit dated so it’s not the nicest place but it was still clean and functional and very good for the price. Location was excellent if you want to be in a busy area that was close to the beach.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The property was clean. The host woke up at 6am to check us in despite reception not opening until 9am! The property was in a good location and good value for money.

Mattress is rock solid. We have left with back issues. No A/C however we knew that prior to booking (big fan was supplied though) there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom. The towels supplied were rags to dry your car with. Some ants in the room. You have to supplied 1000 bhat deposit which wasn’t mentioned prior

The location is great. It is near the beach and has everything you need around it. You could rent a moped. Big fridge!

The hotel is located right in the center of the action, so if you want a quiet vacation, you won't get that in this place, because in the evening the streets are very busy and full of young people, where music plays until morning, I personally didn't mind because we also went to sleep in the morning, but for travelers who want to have a quiet night, they definitely won't find it here😁😁

Air Conditioning: The fan worked, but the aircon didn’t, which made the room quite humid. Room Quality: The room was very basic, but you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness: The guest house was clean, making for a much more comfortable stay. Location: It’s situated in a perfect location. Staff: The lady who works there is kind and helpful.

Really good location, the owner was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. She really went out her way to do what she could. Good bum gun, clean rooms and overall good value for a group of 3. Only issues were the mattresses were a little hard and the AC was a little bit temperamental. Make sure you leave it on for a while before you go to bed.

There was a scandal about a scratch on the motorbike as we arrived between the owner and the other group of people, and it seems that she might be scamming the people with the bike rental, so be careful with that. I don't have the first hand experience though, so can't really speak to it for sure, but maybe consider renting a bike in another place, just in case, as there are plenty of rentals all around.
