Reviews of Samui Dreams Seaview Villa - Bangrak Beach - with Private Pool

Absolutely everything! The villa was amazing and felt luxurious to stay in. Everything you could want is there for an amazing stay whether staying in to have fun by the pool or venture out into the local area. Dave and Ray were amazing and kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed and even organised the taxi to meet us from the ferry. They were full of local knowledge helping us make the most of our stay in Samui. We’ll definitely be back!

The villa was amazing and we had a fantastic stay. All the rooms were bigger than expected and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided for inside and for by the pool. The aircon was efficient and the kitchen was well equipped. There were even usb extension sockets in every bedroom so we didn't have to worry about plug adapters. We especially liked having our own pool and the cabana provided plenty of shade during the day and even had a fan! The gardener and pool man came each day, and the villa was cleaned in the middle of our stay, with fresh bedlinen and new towels.

Unfortunately the road in front of the villa complex is very busy and not pleasant to walk along, but there is a gate to the beach directly opposite so we walked along the beach instead to get to the shops and restaurants nearby.

The villa was overall amazing. I love it had its own laundry and drying machine. On top of that Ray helping us book transportation for both to the full moon party and to/from the airport.

The Villa was amazing. Perfect location. Dave was so nice and responded immediately to any queries. He gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. Ray was so nice and helped us with anything that we needed. We will definitely be returning.

We spent 5 nights in this amazing villa and were disappointed when we had to leave. Located in a gated community, with security at the gate, and patrolling through the day/night, we always felt safe. Great proximity to Fisherman's village, however most places required a taxi ride to get there. The 2nd floor balcony, and if you are brave enough to climb the very steep stairs to the rooftop gazebo provided the most spectacular views of the Koh Samui beach as well as Koh Phangan. Everything about this villa is exceptional.

Cannot be helped, but pool was super warm.

This place is like its name, an absolute ‘dream’. There were only four of us, we had SO much room. The viewing platform at the top of the house is a bit treacherous to climb up, however the view across to Koh Phagnan is beautiful. The frogs in the evening were a memory I will cherish forever. They were chirping away in song for hours, an absolute privilege to be so close to

Everything was fantastic, nothing to fault-perfect

The communication with Dave and his staff was absolutely flawless. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the beautiful property and general decor attention to details. We had fresh drinks waiting for us in the fridge which was a lovely touch too. We could easily walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, and there was a 7/11 just over half a mile away which was practical. The fisherman's village is a short 5 minutes taxi ride away and made the evenings super enjoyable. When asked, we were kindly offered a late check out (5 p.m!) at no extra cost which was perfect as our flight was in the evening. Our children (11 and 8 years old) enjoyed greatly the very well maintained swimming pool.

The extraordinary top view roof's steps are a little steep but what a sight when you get there!! Our daughter who is 8 could just stand in the pool as it doesn't have a shallow end. This worked fine for us but younger/shorter children might need more supervision.

The water pressure was low, especially on the second floor

The house feels like home, the staff were fantastic. It suited our group perfectly and if you have a car or bike you are close to everything good on the island. The view from the 3rd floor loft is amazing but be warned the stairs leading to it are not for the feint hearted.

The water pressure is a bit low upstairs in the main house but the shower in the unit is great.

Everything is nice and good maintained. Safe and quiet. Ray is very helpful! Thanks!

Sharp edges of the swimming pool, slightly scratched but not big problems

Communication with the owners and staff was very good, a beautiful, modern Villa in a private estate (very safe, guarded 24/7). Perfect for 3 friends or 3 couples looking for a bit of privacy away from the main Rd. Beautiful Pool, view's from the rooftop are stunning.. Garden and pool cleaned every other day. Great kitchen... Photos don't do it justice.

This is being very picky but maybe it's time for a regrouting of the pool but nothing really springs to mind... Excellent property.

Stunning private villa, felt like we were getting more than our monies worth. Mr. Lay was extremely helpful and the owners were responsive when we needed help with something. Highly recommend and would come back in a heart beat.

Minor thought for improvement would be making the living room couch to a fouton to add sleeping capacity. They might also consider updating the photography because it's even prettier in person than the photos suggest!

Property was amazing for our family of 5 especially with the separate accommodation on the side, the pool was lovely and clean and well maintained. We all loved the villa and would highly recommend . The location was great as well and the hosts were extremely helpful

I can’t think of anything

Very nice and well-maintained villa in Thai style. Very nice and helpful staff, very easy to communicate with and easily reachable if anything needed while you're still maintaining your privacy. We found the villa very nice and we appreciated its spacious disposition, big swimming pool, outside seating area with BBQ grill and, last but not least!;), rooftop 'Eagle's Nest' ;):D with beautiful views on the sea. Spacious living room and indoor dining area, fully equipped kitchen. There's both washing machine and dryer at your disposal at the utility room. Villa is located in a closed compound with 24/7 guarding service. Easy to find the villas compound itself, easy to reach other facilities (recommended by car or a scooter) and easy to park right at the villa. Not far from the airport but not disturbed by the planes. We liked it a lot and we will come back again!

Not much to write about.

Fantastic villa with great facilities. It has enough rooms for the whole family. We were welcomed by Ray and Dave and they were very friendly and available to help. They offered to stay longer on the check out day as next visitors flight was delayed, which was very convenient as our flight was also in the evening.
